Very quiet neighborhood. Approximately 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the San Yisidro boarder and 15 minutes to Puerto Nuevo.
Also 30 minutes away from the wineries (Valle De Guadalupe).
