Great location and room was very clean. But in my opinion far away from a 5-star-hotel, though. We had a room close to the elevators and heard the “bing” sound of the doors opening and closing all night. We had a few questions raised to the front desk staff and didn’t always get a very helpful or friendly answer (and sometimes due to lacking English skills, no answer at all). It felt very much like a business hotel were people stay repeatedly for one night just for sleeping and don’t care about much else. One of the main reasons why I booked this hotel was for the rooftop. I was aware that the pool wouldn’t be open in October but they didn’t even have the cafe/bar open so I couldn’t go to the rooftop at all. And again, no apology or nice word, just: “it’s closed”. Next time I’ll stay in a smaller, Boutique like hotel in BA where I feel like the service is more personal and accommodating.

The lobby is nice and spacious with free drinks. The rooms are relatively ordinary, which is a typical Holiday Inn Express. The three rooms should have been prepaid, but when they left, the front desk charged 5,485.68 Argentine pesos, or US$144.36.

We had a medical emergency upon our arrival and Eugenia, the receptionist, helped us very efficiently by calling an ambulance. We received breakfast every morning in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and well-equipped; we felt comfortable in it. The common areas found in the building are very pleasant. The parking is operated by a remote control which was given to us at the check in. Its location could not be any better.

I spent 2 nights in room 402 Aug 30 and 31th. I booked this hotel trusting the Windham brand, I booked Windhams all over the world and never had an Issue, but there is always a first time. At first Hotel services of Pool and Gym were not available, No hot water pool and its not fare to call a Gym a little room with 4 walking machines, poor. Rooms are nice but terribly noisy you can hear everything, people next door talking, hall entrance, elevators, upper floor shower, It was just impossible to sleep. Tv signal is not HD quality, image is rainy as if cable company isnt connected as it should... Restaurant and Bar beside de hotel, Noisy, under attended, prices Ok. We asked for Massages or Sauna to relax after work, not available. Breakfast Quality is a 4/10, on Sunday we had to wait because hotel was out of dishes. Rooms were Clean perfect

The hotel is nice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, clean pool and there is even a little playground in the back. People smoking right in front of the lobby entrance is a bit annoying. We had a nice stay and will be back when visiting relatives in the area. There is a nice little cafe in the corner of the street called 'Café Registrado' where we had breakfast everyday for a week. We also walked and got pizza nearby & even did our laundry. So the location was also great.
