Excelente experiencia en este hotel. Lo que más me impresionó fue la atención al detalle y la asistencia excepcional de cada uno de los colaboradores, especialmente Mauro González, quien se esforzó por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Excelente, lo recomiendo por su atencion, ubicacion, servicios. La amabilidad de todas las personas que nos atendieron es digna de destacar. Las instalaciones impecables, el desayuno muy variado y riquisimo. Las masajistas merecen felicitaciones. Ambas piletas, tanto la interior como la exterior climatizada tienen una visual panoramica al rio para disfrutar.

Es la segunda vez que voy...esta vez quería sacar una habitación con buena vista frente al río, así que consulté al hotel para no equivocarme, anoté el nombre exacto de la habitación y reservé online. Pagué un poco más pero es lógico, esperaba vista al río. Al llegar al hotel me dijeron que no me iban a dar vista al rio, que por Booking o ******* no tienen esas habitaciones disponibles, que comprando online solo tienen vista interna frente a otros edificios, que tendría que haber contratado al hotel para tener vista al rio, etc...les mostré que las reservas dicen el nombre de las suites que SI son al rio, le ofrecí pagar la diferencia si es que había, pero no hubo caso, dieron mil excusas y de muy mala atención me dieron la habitación que se les ocurrió, con vista al edificio de al lado...para colmo de males al hace checkout me inventaron como cargo un "impuesto de IVA por compra online(sic)" que me obligaron a pagar (ya hice la denuncia porque la factura es una mentira)....en fin, un servicio malímismo que me hizo pasar un mal rato...ojalá esto le sirva a otros pasajeros para evitar que les pase lo mismo....

El hotel es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado (a 10 minutos de cualquier lugar al que quieras ir) y además cuenta con un paseo gastronómico abajo, con varias opciones por si no querés comer en el hotel . La habitación es amplia y con hermosa vista. Las camas y almohadas, cómodas y confortables. Los empleados son muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a escucharte y ayudarte en las consultas. Y si sos apasionado del café, el hotel cuenta con un coffee station, una especie de living amplio y bellamente decorado, con una máquina grande de café de cápsulas, al que podés ir las veces que quieras y tomar distintos tipos de cafés, mientras lees un libro o chequeás tu correo. El spa cuenta con dos piletas climatizadas, una externa y una mas pequeña interna, ambas con una vista al río increíble. En el desayuno tenés de todo: yogures, café, leche, jugos, frutas, cereales, facturas, pastelería, huevos revueltos, panceta, panes y fiambres; y seguro me olvido de algo. Todo esto y la genialidad de su arquitectura, merecen alojarse en Puerto Norte.
