Decadente. En la habitación encontrarnos un cigarrillo armado, control y limpieza 0. Las empleadas de limpieza a las carcajadas, parecía una estudiantina por la mañana.. Sin jabón en el duchero para bañarse, había que salir para sacarlo al lado de la pileta de manos. El empleado de esta tarde , ante este requerimiento de elemento de higiene, en vez de ser expeditivo y solucionarlo, nos enfrentó, tardaron medía hora en aparecer con un jaboncito. Esto pasó hoy jueves 19, habitación 504. De 4 estrellas no tiene nada. No puedo creer que sea un "Amerian".

Estadía de 2 noches
Estuve dos noches. Excelente la atención y predisposición de los empleados. Tuve un inconveniente personal y me lo resolvieron al instante. Lugar y limpieza impecable. Desayuno muy completo.
No conforme con el tema de Estacionamiento. Tenia entendido que estaba en la tarifa, pero cuando hice el check-out me lo cobraron. Fuera de esto, el hotel 10 puntos.

O hotel é antigo mas ainda mantém um bom estado de conservação.
A iluminação do banheiro é muito fraca, quase uma penumbra.
O café da manhã oferece poucas frutas, embora tenha grande variedade de pães e doces.

Fui por una noche. Habitación correcta. Desayuno regular. Las camas son de 1 plaza chica. Buena ubicación. Muy buen servicio. Le falta mucho para ser un 4 estrellas. En la habitación no hay cafetera, pava electrica. El frigobar no tiene ni agua.

I stayed here for the first time in 2014 and in 2023 I returned. The first time I felt that it was a product with potential but this time I didn't feel comfortable at all. The sheets were not for the bed I ordered, they were short. Small padding. They seem to have problems with clothes. Bad maintenance and average breakfast. There is also a lack of personnel, it is clear that they made a reduction in the pandemic and it is difficult for them to replace them. The truth is that it made me sad to see such a beautiful building in such conditions. As a Hotel Manager I see that the management carried out by the Hotel is not satisfactory at all. I wouldn't go back, there are better hotels with similar rates.
