Great location and room was very clean. But in my opinion far away from a 5-star-hotel, though. We had a room close to the elevators and heard the “bing” sound of the doors opening and closing all night. We had a few questions raised to the front desk staff and didn’t always get a very helpful or friendly answer (and sometimes due to lacking English skills, no answer at all). It felt very much like a business hotel were people stay repeatedly for one night just for sleeping and don’t care about much else.
One of the main reasons why I booked this hotel was for the rooftop. I was aware that the pool wouldn’t be open in October but they didn’t even have the cafe/bar open so I couldn’t go to the rooftop at all. And again, no apology or nice word, just: “it’s closed”. Next time I’ll stay in a smaller, Boutique like hotel in BA where I feel like the service is more personal and accommodating.

Hotel hermoso y bien mantenido, ambientado temático sobre rock. Habitación limpia y cómoda, muy grande! El desayuno super completo, rico y abundante.
El wifi podría mejorar, y alguna atención en el baño, como gorrita de ducha. No tuvimos oportunidad de ir a la pileta.
Recomiendo pedir habitaciones en los últimos pisos ya que en piso 1 se escucha la música del restaurant de planta baja. El restaurant es hermoso y se come muy bien, como sugerencia podrían acomodar mejor a la gente que está esperando ya que obstruyen la entrada al hotel.
Excelente el personal de de recepción! Les agradecemos por las atenciones, fueron un 10.
Por último, estaría bueno que, con algunas modificaciones puedan ser un hotel accesible para personas en silla de ruedas o movilidad reducida. Por otro lado aclarar en algún lugar antes de reservar que aparte se cobra el IVA y el estacionamiento. Yo ya sabía que era aparte porque viajo mucho, pero estaría bueno que lo aclaren.
Volvería al hotel, sin dudas! Gracias!

Não foram razoáveis quanto as condições de antecipação do checkin…Tinha mais de 12h de reserva paga no último dia de estia e que não seria usada…mesmo assim não foi possível adiantar a minha entrada no primeiro dia.
O hotel não tem uma recepção para esperarmos a liberação do quarto.
Mesmo sendo membro silver não disponibilizaram upgrade!

Estuve con mi esposa 4 días. Todo fue excelente. La ubicación es cercana a la mayoría de los puntos de interés turístico. La habitación amplia, la cama "King" y las almohadas muy confortables. La limpieza de diez. Solo sugiero para mejorar, el agregado de una barra de seguridad adicional en el baño, ya que la existente está muy separada de la linea de ducha. El desayuno abundante, variado y con productos de muy buena calidad. Muy rico y muy bien presentado. El restaurante, con una carta no muy grande, pero todo muy bueno. Pero lo más destacable es la excelente atención que brinda todo el personal del hotel. Las chicas de la recepción son una maravilla. Alli sería injusto destacar a alguien en particular porque todas superaron mis expectativas. No obstante, sin desmerecer a ninguna de sus compañeras voy a mencionar a la empleada de ese sector con quie tuvimos más contacto: Agustina. Un verdadero modelo de atención al huesped. Cualquier elogio le queda chico. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Rosario, este será nuestro hotel.

Hotel limpio y cómodo. Camas confortables con muy buena limpieza. Buena ubicación. Buen servicio. Tiene un bar increíble en planta baja. Excelente desayuno y convenio con gimnasio increíble y super amplio. El mejor gimnasio al q fui. Gracias!
