Great location and room was very clean. But in my opinion far away from a 5-star-hotel, though. We had a room close to the elevators and heard the “bing” sound of the doors opening and closing all night. We had a few questions raised to the front desk staff and didn’t always get a very helpful or friendly answer (and sometimes due to lacking English skills, no answer at all). It felt very much like a business hotel were people stay repeatedly for one night just for sleeping and don’t care about much else.
One of the main reasons why I booked this hotel was for the rooftop. I was aware that the pool wouldn’t be open in October but they didn’t even have the cafe/bar open so I couldn’t go to the rooftop at all. And again, no apology or nice word, just: “it’s closed”. Next time I’ll stay in a smaller, Boutique like hotel in BA where I feel like the service is more personal and accommodating.

El hotel tiene un plus por su valor historico pero tambien es victma de su antigüedad. La manija de la puerta del baño -que no cerraba- estaba suelta y no podiamos cerrarlo, el piso cruje, los pasillos no cuentan con aire. La terraza ofrece esa pequeña piscina sinservicio de bar o música ambiental. Los huéspedes no tenemos prioridad para reservas en el restaurant de abajo (incluso para un festejo como san valentin) y tampoco ofrece otra opcion para cenar o almorzar. El desayuno diria esta ok pero no se compara a otros del rango. La relacion precio-calidad actual no cierra, aunque Lo recomendaría para una vez- es una buena experiencia para imaginar el lujo del pasado

El hotel es muy bueno pero cuando esta lleno no dan abasto, no se pueden utilizar todos los servicios que supuestamente ofrecen. Masajes imposible, spa imposible, pileta imposible. Tiene buenas instalaciones pero no para la capacidad total del hotel. Así que en fechas importantes hay que hospedarse en otro hotel más grande

La fusión de lo tradicional (Hotel SAVOY) con lo moderno (Rock & Fellers) en el centro de la ciudad en su justa medida. La habitación y el servicio de comida se llevan todos los aplausos. Los ascensores y las tarjetas de ingreso son lo mejor de la tecnología.

La reserva era de un paquete que ofrecían como "noche romántica" la cual entre otras cosas incluía chocolates y botella de espumante. Se les aclaro con tiempo ( días antes ) que al ser celíacos si podían gestionar los chocolates libres de gluten lo cual respondieron que lo dejaban asentado, pero al momento de pedirlos ya en el hotel nos responden que no eran sin gluten, cuando no es muy complicado conseguir opciones sin gluten de chocolates y menos en Rosario dónde hay MUCHOS lugares donde conseguir. Eso demuestra falta de ganas o de interés por ciertas cosas. El resto del servicio se puede decir que bien.
