Great location and room was very clean. But in my opinion far away from a 5-star-hotel, though. We had a room close to the elevators and heard the “bing” sound of the doors opening and closing all night. We had a few questions raised to the front desk staff and didn’t always get a very helpful or friendly answer (and sometimes due to lacking English skills, no answer at all). It felt very much like a business hotel were people stay repeatedly for one night just for sleeping and don’t care about much else.
One of the main reasons why I booked this hotel was for the rooftop. I was aware that the pool wouldn’t be open in October but they didn’t even have the cafe/bar open so I couldn’t go to the rooftop at all. And again, no apology or nice word, just: “it’s closed”. Next time I’ll stay in a smaller, Boutique like hotel in BA where I feel like the service is more personal and accommodating.

Todo excelente , es un hotel donde todo funciona, la gente de recepción súper amable y predispuesta a ayudar Rock and fellers abajo es perfecto el desayuno completo y en ese bar que es hermoso.! Realmente iría siempre. Las camas cómodas todo perfecto

Personal muy amable y atento en recepcion, ingreso para desayuno y area de spa. El hotel es muy lindo, las instalaciones estan limpias y cuidadas. Me gustó mucho el detalle de fragmentos de canciones en las paredes y las vidrieras con detalles de bandas musicales. Como oportunidad de mejora destaco 2 puntos: por un lado, el agua de la ducha no salia muy caliente, era mas bien tibia; y por otro, una sugerencia es que se podria incorporar en el area de spa algun dispenser de agua con rodajas de fruta (en el desayuno los tenian), considero que es un muy buen detalle mientras uno espera para su tratamiento, o al salir de la piscina o sauna. Lo recomiendo y espero poder volver a visitarlos. Muchas gracias

Muy bueno todo. La habitación. las reformas efectuadas hicieron que este hotel quede rejuvenecido. El desayuno se ofrece en RockandFelers es de 10, variedad de panes, dulces, frutas, ensalada de frutas, queso y fiambre, huevo batido, huevo duro etc.

Muy buena la atención brindada por Brian Otero, a pesar de que por momentos se le desviaba la mirada hacia mi mujer. El hotel esta bien, no destaco nada en particular. Tiene muchos detalles de terminaciones y algunos punto flojos en mantenimiento. Pero en general bien. La atencion es correcta. Lo mejor es Rock and fellers en la PB, el desayuno tambien esta bueno.

Recomendable para la estadía de negocios. Confortable. Muy buen desayuno y muy completo. Faltaría agregar cafetera y/o pava eléctrica en las habitaciones. Habitación muy silenciosa aunque con vista al patio interno. Edificio señorial de principios del 1900

Lugar muy confortable, con una muy buena ubicación, cerca de los puntos turísticos más concurridos.Se destaca la buena atención de todo el personal, gente joven con muy buena predisposición,El desayuno merece un párrafo aparte: muy bueno, completo , y en el Rock & Feller's que no es poca cosa. Instalaciones buenas, la pileta climatizada muy cómoda , tuvimos un problema en nuestra habitación y lo resolvieron de manera inmediata. Sin duda regresamos en cualquier momento!!!
