Un a experiencia mala dentro de la cadena Wyndham, la primer vez que me ocurre, Muy mal trato del personal ante un inconveniete, con la llave de acceso, la cual es necesaria para abrir puertas en todos los accesos que tiene el mismo. Nada recommendable.

Me parecio muy fria la recepcion (falta de cordialidad) y poco informartiva. Con respecto a las instalaciones, tendrian que mejorar las condiciones de la ducha, la mampara es muy pequeña para la presion de agua que hay, esto provoca que se "inunde" todo el baño y por consecuencia, tener que secar el mismo, cada vez que unose toma una ducha. Tambien estaria bueno que controlen los niveles de los liquidos (shampoo, crema. etc.) Las almohadas muy incomodas.

Habitaciones pulcras y muy agradables. Vista inmejorable. Servicios impecables. WiFi estable. Cochera numerada, de fácil accesibilidad y vigilada. Personal atento y empático. Deben mejorar: enchufes. Impresentables. Lejos, lo mejor de Rosario.

Me encantó la terraza, estaría bueno que la abran de noche o hasta más tarde al menos. La habitación espectacular nada que observar, limpieza calidad de las terminaciones, la comida muy buena y el bar con muy buenos tragos. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo!

Muy buena experiencia y trato. Desayuno muy completo. Habitaciones muy limpias. La atención del personal es muy cordial. Muy bueno que este cerca del shopping y del rio. La zona es muy tranquila. La ubicación te permite estar cerca de todos los atractivos de la ciudad. Volveremos!

No me parece que esté a la altura de lo que cobran: el gimnasio tiene 1 cinta q no funciona y la otra anda mal, la bici es mala, en la heladerita no hay ni 1 agua, el servicio que ofrecen de masajes no te indican que hay que pedirlo con 2 hs de anticipacion, si queres agua tenes que bajar a la recepción o pedir al restaurant, el desayuno arranca 7:30 (cuando por trabajo y x el trafico tenes q salir más temprano), el desayuno que te ofrecen para llevar, tenes q bajar a buscarlo a recepción y cargarte agua para te o cafe instantaneo cuando no hay ni agua caliente xq todos cargan ahi para mate,etc.
