Here is my Pro's and Con's about this place! I stayed at this property from 5/4 - 5/18! (I have no choice as I am traveling to a funeral) Only place I can stay near the funeral home. Pro's: 1) Staff are very friendly 2) Breakfast was good (minimal menu but it's ok) Con's: 1) They should train more staff to do their job. There are times I ask for something and have not a clue. 2) No turn down service otherwise when you ask. (Only replenish towels. 3) Bathroom is very dirty, ceiling's molded, toilet leaks, roaches all over the place. 4) There's a TV in the room looks like it's connected to a Satellite but it's actually hooked into an Antenna on the roof. :) 5) Air-condition very noisy, can't really turn it off because it's too hot! 6) Not enough outlets in room to plugin devices to. 7) My first night stay, I had to call the front desk to change my bed because there were lots of stain on the sheets. 8) The resort settings is good but the water on those cesspool. I don't think it's clean daily and chlorine measure is not up to par. 9) Furniture in the rooms are very outdated. 10) This place really need a major renovation in their rooms at least.
