The resort is well-kept and equipped with all services. The prices are a little high both in the resort and on the beach where there is a bar-restaurant that does not offer second courses. The beach is a little far from the resort but there is a train. which passes at multiple times. The food is good, it is located a quarter of an hour from Ostuni, overall I recommend it.

Posto veramente molto bello, l’unica pecca è la strada che c’è per andare al mare, però per fortuna c’è il trenino!!! Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo e accolti meravigliosamente bene!! La stanza molto bella e spaziosa, l’unica cosa che non mi ha fatto impazzire è stata la doccia, secondo me un po’ troppo piccola, però per il resto nessun problema, mangiare squisito e intrattenimento assicurato!

Esperienza pessima. Sono mesi che stiamo aspettando un rimborso di 60€ a causa di un loro malfunzionamento tra i sistemi della spiaggia e dell’hotel. Ci hanno chiesto di andare 2 volte in hotel e poi di compilare 2 moduli per poi non fare mai questo bonifico di rimborso. Nonostante numerosi solleciti ed e-mail. Tutto documenta to. Per una cifra irrisoria di questo tipo o hanno un problema serio di comunicazione interna (ne dubitiamo perché abbiamo parlato sia con le receptionist che con il loro responsabile) o è un modo per non pagare. Se siete loro ospiti sperate che non facciano mai errori.
