Parking is convenient, 20 minutes drive to St. Gallen. The scenery is good and you can see Lake Constance from afar. The breakfast is very rich, there are many types of food, the rooms are average, most of the hotels in Europe are like this.

We celebrate a lunch for a special occasion, the hotel offers a great restaurant, with vieuws to the Bodensee, and overlooking to Germany. a beatifull place to enjoy, very attentive employees, excellent tastefull dishes, well prepared and presented.

We spent 3 nights in a family room (6 people) with WC & shower. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, with public transport access right in front of the door and a free public transport card during the stay (valid from St-Galway to the Lake of Constance). We enjoy discovering the city of St-Galle, a bike tour on the edge of the lake of Constance, as well as a walk in the mountains of Appenzell.

For anyone coming to visit St Gallen, we can highly recommend TouchBed City Apartments. The location is super centric, and our studio even had a beautiful view of the old town and the Abbey. The self-checking was easy and convenient, the building is modern and the studio was great! We loved having our own kitchen as eating out in Switzerland can be really expensive. The kitchen was super clean and very well equipped for cooking. The bed was comfy and the shower was also great. We can recommend this place for any type of traveler on both leisure and business trips.

We have spent two nights in this hotel. The staff of the hotel is really very sympathetic. The room is in a modern and urban style very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Very large underground parking. Small shape space and spa very sympathetic at the last floor. Great view from the relaxation. I booked a stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lustenau, Austria, with the understanding that it was a pet-friendly property. As a responsible pet owner, I made sure to travel with my well-behaved small to medium sized dog. Upon checking in, however, I was taken aback by an unexpected and exorbitant charge of 25€ tagged for my pet. Not only did I perceive this as excessive, but this fee was not transparently communicated during the booking process. The hotel's advertising and website did not mention this additional cost. Furthermore, considering that we found no extra amenities provided for pets to justify such a substantial fee, the charge seemed especially unwarranted and unjust. While the rest of the hotel facilities and services were satisfactory, this unforeseen expense greatly affected our overall experience. The lack of transparency about this charge lessened our trust in the services provided by Holiday Inn Express, Lustenau, strongly influencing our consideration for future stays. We understand and appreciate that hotels may charge for additional services or requirements attendant to hosting pets. But transparency during the booking process about such charges is fundamental to maintaining consumer trust. We were disappointed by this oversight and would recommend that future guests with pets inquire about all possible expenses in advance to avoid any unpleasant surprises at check-in the reception was friendly and of course it was not her fault .

The hotel is very close to the lake area and the train station. Unfortunately, the clown stage is under maintenance. The front desk was very helpful when checking in and the hotel can store luggage for free. Breakfast can be provided and there is a bar in the evening. Fully equipped and very good.

Located on a mountainside, the road is easy to find. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops nearby. Free parking is sufficient. The hotel also has its own restaurant. The room was very clean. Rent prices are also fair compared to Swiss prices. 15 minutes drive down the hill to the bustling town and 30 minutes from the nearest highway exit. Recommended for long-term vacations, good choice for family relaxation, and pleasant mountainside scenery. Reminder: The power plug in Switzerland is different from that of neighboring countries, so be sure to bring it in advance
