Good expitience, we picked an all inclusive. Good food quality, various meals, pools a bit small but the sea is in 200 m distance, the slides are for single use than you getting bored, the kids were happy though. There were some activities for kids, you can leave a kid for several hors with animators. The place where the hotel is located is good several small shops near by the beach side... what else you need?
Hotel had very limitted quantity of parking slots.

Not a bad hotel, however the rooms lack mirrors, there is a large single mirror in the bathroom, but we ladies like to check ourselves full length, this is not possible here. The food is very good, with lots and lots of choice available. If travelling with children, they will love and did love the chocolate fountain to add to anything. Reception staff speak halting English and ar very helpful. A nice hotel and one I would recommend.

Très bien , le service ,le buffet matin midi et soir ,la propreté aussi bien a la piscine que dans les chambres ,personnel qui parle francais tres agreable ...... rien à dire nous avons passer d agréables vacances Je recommande avec des enfants

Hotel recomendado al 100%. Habitaciones perfectas, amplias y grandes con buenos baños (aunque había un mojón) y terraza con vista a la piscina y cristalera con vistas al mar. Buffet excelente con zonas de chuches y shushi incluidas, aunque deje el vater lleno de mierda y me dio diarrea el wasabi del bar. Zona de toboganes perfecta y me mee en el agua mientras caía por el tobogán. Volvere a ir el año que viene

Sugiero q si hay habitaciones de minusválidos q sea cierto ya q no están adaptadas como tal ducha con acceso a silla de ruedas y se q difícil en el tiempo que hemos estado pero más animación ya q estaba el hotel con bastante gente y no había gracias

Hemos estado en Halloween y nuestra experiencia ha sido de regular a mal, te venden como todo incluido y no hay snack bar entre comidas, te ponen vasos de plástico hasta incluido dentro y los refrescos de botella de dos litros para un hotel de 4 estrellas. La cafetería cerrada hasta las 11 y el servicio lento y con malas caras. La animación durante el finde semana nulo, solo un scape room. El club infantil nulo, solo una película el sábado. NO lo venfan como todo incluido, expliquen en la oferta lo que ofrecen y decidimos si ir. La fiesta de por la noche en un paso de gente, con la luz a tope. Una lastima, xq nosotros llevamos muchos años con amigos viniendo a hoteles a Halloween y este año ha sido un fracaso. He puesto la foto dnd han hecho la fiesta.

We recently stayed here (27 Oct-3Nov), and the week started off well. The hotel was quieter in the beginning, and we enjoyed the food, which was fairly good, and the bar service, which was attentive and efficient. Our room was comfortable enough, although having two double beds wasn’t ideal for our kids. At first, the queues for the restaurant weren’t too bad, and things seemed to run smoothly. However, on the Friday of our stay, which happened to be a bank holiday in Spain, the hotel became extremely busy, and unfortunately, it felt like they weren’t prepared for it at all. There seemed to be no additional staff on hand, which led to long queues everywhere. We waited over 20 minutes just to be seated in the restaurant, and the bars were chaotic. What had been a pleasant stay quickly turned into a frustrating experience. It was clear the staff were doing their best, but they looked understandably overwhelmed. I felt sorry for the bar and waiting staff, who seemed to be at the end of their tether trying to keep up with the influx of guests. While we enjoyed the start of our stay, the lack of planning for the holiday crowds made our overall experience disappointing.

Personal muy amable. Escelente comida en el bufet Habitacion grande con preciosas vistas al mar. Piscina y servicios de maravilla. Volvere a visitarlo en otras fechas. Recomiendo a mis amigos y conocidos de lo mejor en alojamiento ,trato y servicio .

Original review removed, visited May 2023.room leaked when it rained , we were moved but got a smaller room. Food was mediocre but when Spanish came for weekend stays it was quite lavish. Whole of it needs updating. More for Spanish than English and definite divide on service
