The bed was so enormous and the mattress so comfy I’ve never slept so well as in this hotel . An amazing sea view , friendly staff , going extra mile for us . The hotel beautifully decorated, the food variety is enormous, so delicious every single bite , the hot extra kitchen to order special dishes as well !

Très bel hôtel avec tout le confort nécessaire,très propre ,literie de bonne qualité et le personnel est agréable . Le buffet est varié et avec beaucoup de choix mention spéciale pour leur jolie intention pour l anniversaire de mon mari on a beaucoup apprécié

Nous revenons d'un 2ème séjour au Playacapricho (6 au 16 mai). La situation en bord de plage est idéale, vous sortez de l'hôtel et vous êtes directement sur la promenade, les commerces, restos et transports sont à proximité immédiate. L'hôtel est toujours aussi agréable mais il a vraiment, vraiment besoin d'un bon lifting...Notre chambre (618) bien que propre et confortable, était au bout du rouleau. L'espace piscine est toujours aussi chouette ,il y a de nombreux transats à dispo, un espace toboggans aquatiques pour les enfants dans la piscine qui leur est dédiée mais hors saison, lorsque l'eau est fraîche vous les retrouverez dans les jacuzzis...quasiment impossible d'y accéder sans se faire sauter dessus (vraiment!). La piscine "principale" est top mais très fraîche mais c'est oublié en 30 secondes. Il existe une piscine intérieure et chauffée agréable mais qui elle aussi aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune mais dans l'ensemble, ça le fait ! des animations sportives (yoga, tir à l'arc, pétanque ect...) sont proposées toute la journée et le soir par une équipe dynamique et sympa. Le all.incl est OK (softs + vins locaux + bière +snacks) Nous avons trouvé que la qualité de la nourriture s'est améliorée autant en qualité qu'en variété...bravo à la cheffe ! Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant, sympa et efficace ( femmes de chambre, serveuses / serveurs du bar et du restaurant) et si comme nous vous parlez espagnol comme une vache française, une jeune femme francophone vous renseignera à la réception et Adam au restaurant parle également français. encore une très agréable expérience au Playacapricho ! Jamais 2 sans 3 : faites nos lits, on revient en mai 2026 !

Falta de vigilancia y seguridad para el cliente. Cuidado si tenéis niños , ya que no hay personal de seguridad ni cámaras , ya que solo están en las zonas de entrada / salida y recaudación , por lo visto no es legal poner camaras en el PASILLO de los baños , COMEDOR y PASILLO a las habitaciones. Vamos de vacaciones,todo incluido , 3 niños independientes , que pueden coger y escoger su comida , bebida y juegos e ir al baño solos, por lo menos eso creía yo. Pero nos encontramos con un cliente que no está bien de la cabeza , por no decir otra cosa y se dedicaba a perseguir, empujar y bajarse los pantalones delante de mis hijos. Dado que no había testigos ( los empleados tienen que mirar para otro lado por obligación), la dirección se niega a hacer nada al respecto , solo nos dicen que denunciemos a la guardia civil , que no pueden hacer nada .Esperando que meden solución o alternativa, tengo que solicitar YO un cambio de hotel para poder terminar unas vacaciones seguras Y tú tienes hijos , que harías ???, preocúpate.

This is my 3rd stay at playacaprichio. I think it will be my last. Previously enjoyed the stay but things were different this time. We upgraded to a sea front suite which was lovely. That’s where the compliments end I’m afraid. Personally I came away for some relaxation and rest. Hard to come by at this hotel. The loud blasting music by the pool accompanied by large groups and families made it less than relaxing. We decided to stay away from the hotel during the day seeking peace by the beach. We had to walk a fair distance to find somewhere where the hotels music could not be heard! Evening were no better with karaoke and music still blaring out at midnight. We booked breakfast but only stayed at hotel for the 1st morning and after that ate out as the breakfast room was crowded, loud and chaotic. Great if that’s your thing but sadly not mine and I will not be returning!
