L'hôtel a un certain cachet, très espagnol avec ses azulejos.
Très propre. Personnel charmant à l'écoute. Seul bémol : les repas n'étaient pas du niveau d'un 4 étoiles
Les plats peu originaux, souvent tièdes voire froids. La qualité des produits proposés est à revoir.
J'aurais aimé avoir du thé de qualité et non des produits de chez Lidl

Unos buenos días en uno de los mejores hoteles de Roquetas para mí, aunque han sido unos días lluviosos hemos disfrutado del hotel, muy buena habitación con un excelente servicio tanto en el bar como del restaurante muy agradables todos, desayuno, almuerzo y cena muy bien y en estás fechas tranquilidad y además el hotel está pegado al paseo de playa para dar un buen paseo en fin volveremos.

He estado alojada en el puente de Andalucia y he quedado muy satisfecha con todo. Dar mi enhorabuena a todo el equipo que trabaja alli son unos profesionales. El buffet muy completo en todos los aspecto. La habitacion muy espaciosa y todo muy limpio y ordenado. Las instalaciones muy correctas y muy buena limpieza.

Buen ambiente, buen bufet, el trato del personal estupendo. Nos alojamos en la planta 7 las camareras de habitación excelentes. No conocíamos Almería y como nos ha gustado y siempre queda algo por ver sin duda cuando volvamos reservaremos este hotel.

Un hotel estupendo para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, El Buffet bastante completo, pero en el almuerzo le falta un poquito más de variedad, pero en general todo bien! Los camareros de Buffet como José Ramón, Alfonso y Claudia Cano, unos profesionales y muy atentos... En el Bar , Verónica super profesional... En general grandes profesionales todos. El hotel está muy bien situado a pie de playa, al ser temporada baja pudimos disfrutar solo de la piscina climatizada, La Habitación con vistas al már, estupendas y muy buena limpieza.. Fuimos con dos pequeños de 7 y 8 años , se lo pasaron súper bien. Repetiremos .

Buenas Tardes, Ayer en la Tarde Regresé a Casa después de unos Días de Relax en este Hotel desde el Día 10-02 al 14-02-25 en una Estancia con Todo Incluido. Y he de decir que TODO ha sido según mis Expectativas, es más incluso han sido superadas con Creces como SIEMPRE Hacen los Empleados de este Hotel. Si me permiten he de decir que yo el Segundo Día 11-02 hacía media Tarde me puse Enfermo por un Problema en mi Estómago, NO le estoy exando la Culpa al Hotel en absoluto. Y desde que los Camareros del Bar Tivolí, Camareros Restaurante, Equipo de Recepción tuvieron constancia de este exo, se preocuparon por mi en TODO momento, pregúntandome como estaba, y si necesitaba algo (lo que fuese) Eso es algo que sinceramente es de Agradecer, pues en cualquier otro Hotel No están tan al Pendiente del Cliente. NO me Cansaré de reitar mis más sincera ENHORABUENA, Y 1.000.000 DE GRACIAS A TODOS LOS EMPLEADOS DEL HOTEL DE TODAS LAS ÀREAS. Por Cierto, la Habitación Asignada la 303 (Con Vistas al Jardín, y al Mar) ha sido Todo un Acierto. Gracias Luis por asignarme tal Habitación. Cuando vuelva a Reservar con Vosotros, solictaré que se me asigne la Habitación 303, o la 403.Je je je. He de hacer una Mención Especial a Dany, Stefanno, y Carlos de Animación GRACIAS Xicos me lo he pasado Genial con los Juegos. Un Cálido, y fuerte Abrazo de Javi el de Villamanrique. Nos vemos Pronto.
