Average hotel with high price. I booked my room from mmtc with high price whereas similar rooms were available there at low price. I felt like cheated.

There was no water for almost three hours. Never expect a discount from them even after a poor service. They charged for every water bottle even though at most places two are complimentary. Not so clean rooms as well.

The room was filled with smoke odour, mosquitoes. The toiletries were insufficient. They charged us extra for water bottles that too over mrp and levied double gst.

The hotel castel view was providing the expired product, in the morning while i am making tea with ready kit, i have observed amul milk creamier was expired, and i return they have denied to change and provide another one. No instant power backup, electricity issue, ac installed in the rooms are not working properly, no cooling
