"The hotel service was absolutely wonderful. As soon as we got out of the car, a staff member helped with our luggage, assisted with check-in, and then brought our bags up to the room. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's location is superb, and the facilities are comprehensive. This time, we booked a room with a private hot spring, which was spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel offers a wide variety of experiential activities for guests. The breakfast buffet was of very high quality, with a great selection, and everything tasted excellent. What's even more important is how much the hotel values the guest experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change our itinerary and check out early. The front desk staff showed genuine concern, inquired about the reason, and provided all possible assistance, including communicating with the booking platform to minimize our loss. This left a very deep and grateful impression on me. Next time I visit Yilan, I will definitely choose to stay at Mu Jiaoxi Hotel again and will enthusiastically recommend it to my friends and family."

In the evenings, guests can mix their own cocktails, with a wide selection of base liquors available. We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks! Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, incorporating local Yilan specialties. The overall stay experience was highly satisfying and perfect for families or couples traveling together."

"A very pleasant hotel for families. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner are highly recommended. It's very relaxing and you can spend the entire day in the hotel. There are also plenty of shops and snacks nearby."

"The slow-living spa facilities are absolutely fantastic! You barely need to bring anything. Just grab a towel at the front desk, and inside there are slippers for you to change into. For showering, they provide not only body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but even makeup remover and facial cleanser. In the vanity area, you'll find combs, cotton swabs, hair ties, and body lotion. There are five main hot spring pools, each with a different theme, plus a fish spa pool where little fish nibble at your feet. Indoors, there's a cold plunge pool, a steam room, and a sauna. A great feature is that both the steam room and sauna are separated by gender. They also offer complimentary iced smoothies, cold drinks, barley tea, and hot ginger tea. The hot ginger tea is sweet and delicious!"

"10min walk from one of the best night markets in Taiwan  Good amount of stores around the hotel Personal hot tub was relaxing with unbeatable views Pool was great.  Only exception was during the day it was unusable when sunny which defeats the purpose of a pool but we used it on the cloudy days.  Rooms were big and clean.  Staff was friendly and kind to children  Only thing is to stay away from dinner buffet. That wasn’t a good experience but the free breakfast was standard.    I hope the teppanyaki and other places were better than the dinner buffet"

"The homestay is as comfortable and feels at home as the online photos, but it’s a bit more convenient for motorists in a remote location. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and everything else is good. There is a caretaker at the homestay, Leng, who is very kind and kind. Introduce everything about the homestay, will definitely come again next time."

"Though the location is a bit inconvenient and there's no convenient shop nearby, it really served as a getaway from the city. The room is a bit small, especially the toilet, but the view is marvellous. As for the buffet, it's decent but not much changes for the 3d2n stay. There's diy workshop and evening performances to keep you accompanied for the day. In addition, the open-air hot spring bath is a must to go."

"When it rains, the view from the balcony is hazy and beautiful. There is a large fish pond below, but you can't see the fish at night. In the morning, I went to the restaurant to feed the fish. There were a lot of fish, pigeons and red-faced ducks. There is an animal area with Capybara, sika deer, tortoises, foxes and other animals are a good place for parent-child travel"

"The hotel is located next to the Jiaoxi Passenger Terminal and a few minutes' walk from the Taiwan Railway Station. The transportation is extremely convenient. I took Tonglian 1661 from Taoyuan International Airport directly to the Jiaoxi Transfer Station and got off and left my luggage in a few minutes. To the hotel, it is very quick to take the Taiwan Railway to Yilan and Luodong. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. It is very convenient to go out to the busy city."

"The hotel is spacious, the rooms are comfortable, and the sea-view rooms offer excellent views. The facilities are good and suitable for both adults and children. Minor drawbacks include slightly poor sound insulation between floors and a slow-draining shower in the bathroom. Overall, it's a comfortable experience."
