I paid a deposit to secure rooms for my stay,upon my arrival the rooms where given to other people which is a serious turn off for me 😭. Luckily Princess managed to get me some rooms that are more or less the same as the ones we saw when making the deposit

The service was good, but my room was not cleaned on a daily basis and my trash bin was not checked, so it was a bit struggle for me, having to spend 2 day's with a trash bin that is not emptied. And also I didn't get the towels for the bathroom. But the overall service was really good, except not being given towels and the trashbin being checked

Everything was good. All comments we have is that the food was a bit cold. We think the venue is very pretty and the staff is helpful when you ask for something. They did set-up the tables for us and made sure we received what we asked for. Venue is a bit hot as there are no aircons but they assisted with fans which helped a lot. Our employees who stayed over also said their dinner and breakfast was a bit cold.

We have booked twice before for our clients and both times they were unable to find our proof of payments and forced our guests to pay for their rooms. When we supplied pop - they (still currently battling with it) did not refund the monies to the guests. The rooms were NOT up to standard! You do NOT get what you paid for!!!

Was a disaster from start to finish. Disorganised, untrained front desk staff, booking not confirmed, despite being done and paid for online. Best part was leaving the next morning!! Door keys had to be re-programmed as did not work the 1st time, request for early packed breakfast was not done, pool was half full and area around pool was full of bottles and take away rubbish.

The service was generally good. However I had expected that they clean the rooms when we were gone, I did not know how that works because we were not told during check in. The food was good I am not complaining. The staff was also welcoming and friendly. I went there for practicals at Florida and my sponsor delayed the payment however I was allowed to stay until it was sorted out.

Noise and broken shower head. toilet cistern running all night and the noise was unbearable. reception would not change my room. guests making a noise at 2am in the hallway. housekeeping knocking on my door at 9am even woith a DO NOT DUSTURB sign. the list goes on....

No hot water in two of our 4 rooms. Was reported after 1st night but nothing done about it. Alarm in room going off in the middle of the night, then a code needs to be keyed in to stop it. Has no use and do not understand why it is just not taken out. Full kitchen in room but not even a glass to drink water - NO utensils. Breakfast Halaal only. No towels and when asked for towels they smelled.

Place needs Utensil, Wifi, extra blankets, the beds noisy and some of the cleaning stuff very rude but do get blankets and utensils it was horrible fir a "Hotel" not to have those things shocking even
