Booked the family suite. Its nothing like in the pictures, rooms are very small and dated. Bedroom door does not open fully as the bed is in the way. Kitchen counter broken, shelving broken, toilet seat broken. No hot water in the mornings and evenings for a shower. Shower is extremely small could not stand up without the shower head hitting my head. The bar closed at 9pm on the Saturday and 3pm on the Sunday- no food and beverage available thereafter. First night at dinner, chicken shnitzel served completely raw inside. Definitely the worst experience I've had .

I was disappointed by the state of the shower and toilet. The food wasnt the best and the strange long list of rules did not help either.

The service at Bushman's Rock was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The team was efficient and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The welcoming atmosphere and personal touch added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch service in a beautiful setting

The place was beautiful and I loved it but because it was winter I didn't enjoy it that much as there was not even heaters or electric blankets so if they can think about that then overall it's a beautiful place to visit.

My husband and I stayed in a Junior Suite for a week. The accommodation is very well layed out and equipped with everything we needed. The suite was serviced daily and very clean.

We are from the West Coast and this was our 1st stay at Bushmans Rock. The photos does not do it justice. Honestly this lodge is breathtakingly beautiful and so well cared for by friendly staff and security. I had to prep for a show and the chef prepared all my food to specifics and they even let me practise my intro walk in their venue. This is one place who I could ask for all the help I needed to prep and they assisted with the utmost friendliness. We loved our stay and wished we could stay longer. An absolute recommendation to families with kids as they have a secured and well equipped play area. The restaurants food was amazing and our room just perfect. Thank you for making this a memorable stay and our go-to place for future trips to Pta.
