2 NOTTI DA INCUBO. Letto SCOMODISSIMO, materassi durissimi e vecchi, cuscino piccolissimo e vuoto. La seconda notte sono riuscita a dormire per sfinimento. Camera e bagno datati, piccoli e poco puliti. Colazione misera e poco varia, non di qualità. Abbiamo avuto due problemi con la camera e non ci è stato nemmeno chiesto scusa!! MAI PIÙ IN QUESTA STRUTTURA.

Buona posizione per visitare le localita' situate nella parte ovest del Trentino, un po distante da altre zone molto rinomate, situate ad est (lago Braies, Lavaredo, ...). L'hotel si presenta bene e i gestori sono molto ospitali. Il cibo buono e abbondante. La zona relax (piscina, sauna, ...) piccola ma funzionale. Parcheggio auto vicinissimo e comodo. Purtroppo la pulizia delle camere ha lasciato un po a desiderare.... Nel complesso, consigliabile.

Sono stato una settimana presso questo hotel e mi sono trovato molto bene. Camera spaziosa e pulita, cibo ottimo compreso la colazione e variegato. Buona anche la spa ma da migliorare un po' per quanto riguarda il bagno turco e la zona tisane.

I stayed in this hotel I can only say that it is the first time that I have felt so bad. The 80's room, the spa let's not talk about it...cold and dirty water in the swimming pool, the hydromassage let's not talk about it murky water, the sauna was off and the Turkish bath ditto...the food was very poor and cheap... I will definitely never go back to a place like this again shabby….

The staff is exceptionally kind, the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and the breakfast is delicious. The addition of a spa area made our stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the strategic location of the hotel a stone's throw from the markets of Bolzano and Merano made our experience even more unforgettable. We stayed for 10 days in this property. Good breakfast with homemade desserts, croissants, cold cuts, cheeses and excellent honey. Courteous service. Very good dinner with three choices per course and composed of typical Trentino dishes. The room for 4 people was very comfortable, spacious, clean and with a view of the Val di Non. What to improve: the carpet. I recommend keeping the receipts for the drinks, there were some additions, certainly by mistake. The gentleman at the reception wanted, on my word, to give me my money back but I preferred to leave it to the room staff, who were very busy. Excellent location for travel and parking possibilities. I advise.
