酒店接待很好、前台有給客人提供的免費牛油果卸粧水以及髮圈等，還有好喝的羅漢果茶。酒店的大廳乾淨，整潔。前台辦理入住效率快，給我們安排的房間很好，窗外就是小廣場，房間衞生乾淨，住宿環境很好，床單被套潔白，地板拖得很乾凈，房間內還有免費使用的一次性毛巾以及酒精濕巾以及免費贈送的茶葉包和瓶裝水，酒店值得推薦，非常貼心。

酒店在縣城中心位置，附近就是融水縣城大廣場和蘆笙廣場，晚上廣場上很是熱鬧，歌舞昇平，酒店停車方便，車位多，直接從地下停車場就可以上到一樓大廳辦理入住，大堂衞生乾淨、前天服務熱情，還給我們介紹了周邊的環境和出行路線。酒店房間很大，房間衞生整潔乾淨、非常的舒適、裝修風格很好，而且酒店的洗漱用品齊全，配置了護髮素和潤膚露以及免費的一次性麪經和酒精濕巾，酒店在這一塊真的很用心。酒店的整體住宿環境還是很給力的，也很討喜。下次入住繼續選擇柏霖酒店入住。

住宿體驗感很好、衞生乾淨、住宿舒適、服務好、設施好、住宿環境很好、給安排的房間我很滿意、面對小廣場，安靜又衞生。酒店大堂香薰聞起來很舒服、房間的香薰水也是飄香四溢，酒店的床單被套乾淨整潔、有免費的瓶裝水以及免費的洗面巾、酒精濕巾，同時酒店房間還配有共享充電器以及便捷的洗漱用品，有沐浴露、洗髮水、護髮素、洗手液，非常的到位，而且酒店前台還配置了女士的日用洗漱護膚品，真的很貼心，酒店值得推薦。

酒店很好、衞生乾淨、酒店員工服務好、熱情、酒店的住宿環境非常棒、房間朝向好，安靜而且乾淨，酒店的停車場大還有新能源充電樁以及電動車充電充電位，酒店的樓道寬敞，採光好，樓層服務員禮貌。酒店附近景點很近，景點景色很好，旅遊住宿融水確實是可選之地。

衞生不太好，根本就不值當地300多的價格，房間裏有小小衹的小蟲子咬死我了，一晚上下來塗起來好幾個包，風油精塗了也不抵用，癢死我了，翻來覆去的睡也沒睡好
衞生：住過最差的酒店沒有之一
環境：在縣城中心地段比較熱鬧，但是停車場真心的臭，地下的臭水溝旁能薰**，開車的小夥伴真心不建議住這兒
