On weekends, I came to the Lijiang River to see the village super and Sama Festival. The hotel is very close to the Sanbao Dongzhai where the Sama Festival is held. It is about 2 kilometers. It is very convenient. The parking lot is still free to use. The room is clean and hygienic. When you check in, please ask the front desk lady to help me apply for an upgrade. Room type, spacious room, floor-to-ceiling glass, The view is very good [wow] It is very pleasant to watch dramas in the room. The room has a scale. I really like this hotel. It is very comfortable and the decoration is high-end atmosphere.

酒店經理給免費升級的親子房，點贊前台小哥哥服務很好，房間異味比較重，新裝修的避免不了，小哥當時借用了花露水噴灑房間會好聞一些，唯一不滿的點是當天因為帶孩子出門，忘記帶恆温水壺了，寶寶晚上會喝夜奶，房間水壺不保温，而且當時前台的恆温壺未使用的狀態，跟前台表達需求晚上借用一下，小哥哥當時是同意了，另外一個女孩子表示不能借用，可能是不想借用吧，客房送東西敲門，迴應後，在知道里面有人的情況下還是用卡刷開了房間門，這個行為並不好，吃早餐空調比較涼，寶寶穿的比較少，酒店人員主動找不對着出風口的位置，煮粉的小哥也及時調整了空調温度，這種及時響應客户需求的行為值得點贊👍

This is the best hotel you will get in Rongjiang. I would say the standard of fit out is similar to a Atour hotel for example. However, this is a brand new property and has a lot of gaps and it feels like the hotel is at a pre opening stage rather than a fully opened hotel. The Landry in very small basically only one washing machine and one dryer. But after each wash there was water leaks all over the floor as they have not installed the water pipes properly. The rooms are clean but air con keeps on switching off and you need to keep on changing cold settings to turn it back on. Another annoying thing is the toilet light. Even when turned on the sensors will turn off the light halfway through a shower. So you need to wave the sensor to turn the lights on again. The reception staff are friendly but clearly lack the polished service. I purchase two nights and added to additional night which I paid at the hotel. But the evening staff don’t seem to communicate with the morning shift. I received a call on the third day around lunchtime asking why I didn’t check out when I paid for two extra nights at reception. There is supposed to be a gym but no equipment and the football field below is nice but entrance to the field is not yet setup. Finally, breakfast is very very basic so don’t expect much. Noodles, eggs and a few veggie dishes but quality is quite low.

The hotel environment is much better than I thought, parking is convenient, there is a fountain at the door and security, the lobby decoration is also very atmospheric, the service is very satisfactory! Not to mention the room, it is very big and clean, the first feeling is very comfortable! Then the breakfast is rich and delicious, but I didn't shoot too much on the road. I will stay here next time I come to Lijiang!
