Yypl410The hotel is located on the shore of Sakura Lake, adjacent to Kowloon City, which integrates shopping, dining and entertainment. It is convenient for travel. The hotel staff is warm and considerate. When checking in, the front desk fairy gave us a free parking ticket. When we checked out, the front desk fairy gave us snacks. Seeing that there were elderly people traveling with us, she gave us warm mineral water.
It may not be the peak season, so breakfast needs to be improved. Thanks to Sister Wonton for her enthusiasm and responsiveness, which makes people feel at home, much better than Sister Steamed Dumplings and Buns.
The suite can accommodate four people, so the supporting items should also be corresponding, but there are only items for two people in the room. However, after the feedback, the housekeeping center solved the problem in a timely manner, and this speed must be praised.
There will be small flaws in the facilities and services. I hope that the opinions can be accepted and adjusted in time, so that more tourists can feel at home in the upcoming peak season, come with excitement, and return with satisfaction.

LLatyshevStaying in the hotel was perfect and reasonable price. In room is very clean and warm as outside was minus 5 degrees. Good food for breakfast. SPA on the floor B1 gives me full relax. Very nice view around the hotel with swans place near by. Very friendly personnel. Only one small problem, it’s nobody speaking English. But you can use translator. So, finally I am very satisfied with this stay and will book again same hotel at next time for sure.

First of all, when I checked in this time, the lady at the front desk gave me a free upgrade to the room type, which was very good. Another thing that left a good impression on me was the breakfast, seaweed soup, and everything else was just right. Just when you think it should be bland, it turns out to be... It feels a bit weird, but the breakfast is definitely one of the best for a hotel with the same price. Like the breakfast

Although it is not as luxurious as the main building, the room rate is only half of that of the main building, which is still quite cost-effective. Each room has a small balcony. It is very pleasant to sit on a chair and drink tea in the sun and look at the sea view. The staff pulled a clothesline on the balcony and tied a windproof buckle to solve the problem of guests drying clothes. Although it is close to the sea, the bedding is dry and refreshing without being damp, which is very friendly to my sensitive skin. As for the surrounding green plants and the unbeatable sea view of the hotel, there is no need to say more. You can see the attached pictures for details. Shidao is really good, with mountains behind and the sea in front, it is very livable, without such a strong commercial atmosphere. It is a small town that you don't want to leave when you come.

First, let’s talk about the advantages: the environment and hardware are nothing to mention, and the breakfast is okay. However, these advantages are not enough to cover up the lack of service - first of all: when I checked in at around 4pm, there was a clown blowing up balloons for the children in the lobby, and our children also joined the queue. It was originally a good thing, but it turned out that there were more than ten people in line. Minutes later, I was told that it was time and asked the children to stop queuing. The children in the queue behind were very disappointed and the hotel did not have any remedial measures. Even if each person handed out a small balloon, the children would be very happy. Five or six children queued up and then dispersed, so speechless~~ Second: The front desk staff who checked in had a cold attitude, as if he owed her money, and did not inform her of the basic information such as breakfast time, restaurant and elevator location. , and did not inform guests of the rights they enjoyed during their stay (there are bathing tickets in the booked room, but the front desk staff did not mention anything about it).
