房間很好，房東人很奈斯，很熱心地添加聯繫方式，介紹了周邊的景點和餐飲，特別是吃飯的地方，按照美女房東的推薦，去了那家餐廳，吃得很滿意，量大味道好，新鮮價格不高，真的很不錯！定的黑樹，是看日落不錯的房間，三樓還有個露台，太陽下山或清晨的時候，坐在露台上，心情非常舒暢。

衞生不是很好，之前客人用過的小香皂都還留着，沒有打掃。水龍頭也感覺不乾淨，性價比不高

先説優點:
酒店在金石灣的高處，拍落日和海景都很漂亮，走下去就是海草屋，燈塔也在不遠處，獨一份的風景。離摩天嶺索道和成山頭公園大概10分鐘車程，趕早去排索道非常方便。一圈玩好下來才九點十點。也看得到布魯維斯號，看遠景很不錯。
酒店的姐姐人美心善，服務很貼心周到。發了好多攻略、地圖和路線給我們，安排的明明白白。晚上想找個超市買水果，姐姐還給我們找了很多家，幫忙確認了營業時間。
酒店也有早餐，每人一份，外面訂了送來的，豆漿、雞蛋、餡餅。
再説説缺點:
金石灣藝術園區整體感覺疏於管理，整體環境有點臟亂。另外就是房間的床實在是太硬太硬了，感覺像睡在一塊木板上。建議改進一下。

老闆很熱情，幫忙推薦景點和介紹榮成的背景，民宿周邊海景礁石很適合拍照，離沉船那香海動物園摩天嶺成山頭都很近！早餐的確有點簡陋，室內設施些許陳舊，屬於自主型補給，周邊有在裝修的民宿多少影響體驗感！

住的非常開心，原訂的兩晚挪威星空，到房間後和老闆説想訂白樹結果沒有了，老闆説白樹當晚空餘，就升級了白樹，第二天再住挪威，兩個房間風景不同，但是都很漂亮，老闆人很好，還送了無花果和西瓜，推薦，以後再來威海我還要住這裏

當時想住白樹，沒有空房，衹能入住了面積小一點的黑樹，房間特別精緻，簡約現代，配套設施都是品牌家電，大大的泡浴缸🛁可以直接俯瞰海景，下樓就是海邊，見到了心心念唸的石階路和海草房。
