The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap. Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home! Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
