是酒店式公寓，在蓉城新區，一片新建的小區，外部整體環境不錯。聯繫酒店會有管家接待，升級了房型，一室一廳的設計比較寬敞，尤其是洗手間很大。衞生整體還可以，該有的用品也都有，就是衞生間頂部有點漏水，不過不影響居住，床單上有血跡沒有清洗乾淨，可以自備一次性床單。總體來説還不錯，重點是可以帶寵物，這個價格性價比很高了。

有人領着看房間，房間很暖和，佈局和圖片一致，也很乾凈，睡的很好，熱水特別沖，洗澡舒服，要是乾濕分離就更完美了。寵物友好，樓下可以遛狗，還有兵乓球枱，去哪都近，停車在地下，也很好，非常滿意。

很乾凈，很安靜，也很安全，進大門進電梯都需要密碼或者刷卡，房間設施齊全，房間裏有冰箱可以用，工作人員很負責耐心，總體好評

房間乾淨整潔，寬敞舒適，設施配套齊全，服務態度很好，密碼開門，位置中心，去很多的景點都很近，樓下有超市和麪館，離雄安奧特萊斯步行就10分鐘。

這個是在公寓樓裏他們買了幾間開的那種。主要問題是裝修味道特別大。而且使用的板式傢俱味道也特別大。所以特別不推薦。
還有浴缸注水管漏水，而且温度太低（温乎）。冰箱電視都是比較差的。
停車出去還要繳費，不過老闆報銷了。
