GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

Front desk, I understand that there are many guests during the May Day holiday, especially on May 3rd, but the service attitude is really bad (generally referring to the standardization of service). When I checked in, I called in advance to ask about the parking problem, and helped us report the license plate and drove directly to the hotel. Location: In the country park, super close to the Vibrant Town, but a little far from the entrance of the country park and Xinma Zoo.
Room: The room is relatively large, the double bed room is more expensive than the twin room, the terrace is good, and the necessary facilities are basically there. There are 4 bottles of mineral water, which is very good.
Others: There is no gym or swimming pool, but most of the people who live here want to go out and play, so it basically doesn't matter. The breakfast was average. I paid extra to book a room with breakfast, but it didn't feel like it was worth it.
The vending machine at the door is very affordable and the rice dumplings inside are delicious.
Overall it is worth living and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

GGuest User1. The location is in the park, less than ten minutes walk to the east gate of Xinma, and the antique building integrated with the park building, garden landscape.
2. The front desk and restaurant staff are more friendly.
3. The hotel is newer and has a special feature.
4. The bedding is very good and very comfortable.
But,
1. The central air-conditioning heating effect is very poor, there is no warmth at night, and there is relatively large noise.
Add 50 quilts.
3. The breakfast room is on the negative one, and it takes a corridor to get there. It is a bit cold and narrow. The breakfast is basic and only full.
The decoration in the house tastes more obvious.
Therefore, the overall discomfort of this stay, I will not choose this one next time. I feel that the hotel's business philosophy is biased, and I don't really put my mind on the comfort and feeling of the guests.
