The hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14

The room is nice. You can call the hotel to ask the bus to pick you up at the airport, but you need to tip the bus or it won't go. There is a shuttle bus to the airport every half an hour, which is convenient

The first stop in the United States, this hotel is OK, providing airport pick-up and drop-off service, took the 5 am shuttle to the airport, not bad

The conditions are average. The front desk can clearly provide free mineral water, but they refused to give it to me when I asked. I booked an extra night and they refused to check out a few days in advance. Ctrip coordinated with them many times but it was useless. I don't recommend choosing this hotel at all
