Un hôtel pour une nuit, de passage ça passe. La literie est assez médiocre, aucune isolation phonique, le matériel dans la chambre est délabré et la salle de bain, enfin le toilette / douche est vraiment horrible, sans supplément le désodorisant à mèche qui embaume toute la chambre 😓 Pas de restaurant à l’hôtel et le petit déjeuner est peu varié.

À 17 h 00 j’ai réservée cette hôtel par téléphone, ou j’ai eu une jeune femme au téléphone qui a pris une réservation à mon nom. Quand je suis arrivée à l’hôtel à 21 h, une jeune femme m’indique qu’aucune réservation a été fait à mon nom, je montre l’appel à 17 h qui a duré 3 min avec le bon numéro de téléphone et elle nie ma réservation, introuvable soi-disant. Il est 21h je suis en déplacement tous les jours de la semaine et cette hôtel n’a pas trouvé de solution pour moi. C’est honteux. Jamais on ne m’avait fait un coup pareil. Si votre personnel n’ai pas compétant alors changez le. Le métier du commerce, de l’accueil et de la prise d’information sont le B ABA du métier. J’ai 26 ans et suis sur la route toute la journée on ne laisse pas une jeune femme dans une ville qu’elle ne connaît pas à 21h. C’est honteux, et pour la sécurité d’autrui et pour le côté humain de la personne en face qui n’a même pas dénié m’indiquer un autre endroit. Estimez-vous heureux qu’il me soit rien arrivé. Excellente continuation ;)

Négatif : Il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ; la chambre avait une odeur de cigarette ; les distributeurs ne prennent que les espèces
