Good hotel in a lovely area with lots of local amenities. We were upgraded to the 2 bed apartment which was great. 10 min walk to Gidea Park Station on the Elizabeth line, which takes you directly into London.

I stayed at Gidea Park hotel in approx 2015. I am not sure if it is under the same management, but I would like to share my experience. The hotel was clean and well managed. The staff was accommodating and kind. My room was comfortable and had a nice view of foliage. There are two experiences that stand out. 1- the dining room in the back side of the property overlooking a wonderful little garden. I had my breakfast in that area each day of my stay. I have very fond memories of sitting in that room enjoying my English breakfast. 2 - I recall ordering a delicious salmon pasta with sauce. That is still the second best pasta I can recall having in my life. My stay was comfortable and very pleasant and if I were to visit the area again, I would choose to stay there again

Comfortable, clean, amazingly friendly staff, free and easy parking. I’ve stayed here 4 times and each time they never let me down. Totally recommend this small lovely hotel with the option of breakfast if needed. Bed super comfy. Airy and light room with tea and coffee and mini fridge. Location excellent with a choice of pubs and restaurants all in walking distance and a co-op near by.

Probably the worst hotel l’ve stayed in. Room was small but not as small as the bathroom, no where to connect the shower, toilet lid moved about like a ship in a storm with 1cm either side if you sat down being careful not to burn your legs on the radiator. If that wasn’t enough the group that came in at about midnight and then proceeded to shout at each other and bang doors behind them, continued until 5am in the morning. Needless to say my first and last stay in this abysmal place.

I booked this to get rested after a long drive and didn't get a wink of sleep. So noisy and the walls are thin you can hear the taps shower and doors closing in corridor. Maybe it was noise from kitchen too
