Check-in ok, the room was clean but like a sweatbox, two fans were in the room but were simply blowing hot air round the room, this hotel desperately needs aircon, I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this one is amongst the worst, the bath panel was delaminating and so was the inspection hatch next to the sink, the skirting board was rotten next to the bath, the toilet paper was the worst I have ever used, you get better in a motorway service station, considering the cost per night, this one is awful!

We stayed here as we were invited to all evening reception near by. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed our unlimited breakfast, and thank you to Anette for the lovely fried egg! Just note in the summer months the rooms are super hot regardless of the two fans. As you can't fully open the windows the heat can't escape.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed.

Honestly it was the best premier inn breakfast I have ever had so friendly and welcoming was the chef ANETTA cooked fresh and hot I highly recommend you try her cooking fantastic five stars from me ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is outstanding because of the staff. Thank you Gyna. Evelina and Eldita for being so friendly, caring and helpful and ensuring I had everything I need. Nothing was too much for them. It makes all the difference. I’ve stayed here a few times and they have always been so accommodating. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

i am disabled and the hotel is very accessible and accommodating, the workers and very warm and welcoming, they help whenever and wherever they can and make me feel comfortable and safe in this environment, they even gave me a closer room to the entrance since i am in a wheelchair so they are very helpful
