Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western Hotels in Rome

It's located about 5-10 minutes down from Termini Station, and there's a PAM Local Mart right below, which is nice. I liked the interior, and the bathroom was really clean, as if it had been remodeled. Although it's near Termini Station, it's in a bigger alley than I thought, and there are a lot of restaurants down there, so I was able to walk around a lot in the evening. Above all, the service was great. I had a few issues before arriving in Rome, but when I sent an email, they replied the same day, and the desk was open 24 hours, so I was able to check in even though I arrived in the early morning. It's a great hotel in many ways!
