The landlord is very kind and kind. The room is very clean and beautiful.  There are capsule coffee and various tea bags to use. The transportation is convenient. There is a direct train to the airport. The bus station is also nearby. It is convenient to eat and stroll around.

I stayed there for four nights and the hotel staff are very kind and nice. They have laundry services as well (€2 for washing and €2 for drying). However, they knocked on our room door at 9:30am for two days. One day, they said that they would like to clean our room, but we were still sleeping, isn’t that too early?For the last morning, they knocked our door again and saying that they would like to fix something in the toilet, but we are checking out at 10:30, can’t they just wait for an hour? So if you are not an early bird or you won’t be leaving your hotel before 9:30 am, I don’t recommend you to stay here as they will wake you every morning.

The reception and hospitality staff were absolutely brilliant! So kind and generous, and everyone was very welcoming and the Reception and management team spoke such good English. The rooms were very clean and I had heavy luggage so was kindly given a room on the ground floor which was great, they even let me stay and use the hotel lobby to work from after check out.

The hotel is very close to the subway and it is a few steps away. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean, cleaned every day, and the hot water is very big. The mattress was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the lobby had a microwave and there were two large supermarkets at the door. Quiet at night, except for the last day, the guests next door at night were a bit noisy. I should stay here again next time.

The room is a set. The host is very nice and will wait until you check in. Also super clean. I live alone and I feel a little wasteful. Just like the one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom apartment in China. Very good.

Very close to the train station. The room is very clean. Because it is a homestay, it is not easy to find. The taxi driver put me at door 36. I almost thought I was placed in the wrong place. I don’t know which doorbell to ring. Call the hotel They opened the door for me quickly. It is better to have breakfast outside. The breakfast at the homestay is a bit too simple.

MM505658****I think the hotel's breakfast is great. The bed in the room is great and very comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided, as well as a shower cap. It's quite good in Rome. At this price

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly and polite. The hotel provides breakfast and there are many choices. The room was clean, tidy and big enough. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is not good and it takes a little longer to get there by car.

GGuest UserIf you go with your family, I don't recommend it since it is a shared bathroom and the tourist places are far away, but if you go with friends it is quite good.
They offer a balcony and city views as a plus, but those are the views they really offer.
