Stayed in Rome at Oasi Urbana 41 for three nights and was very happy with my stay. The hosts, Francesca and Alessandro, are extremely friendly and gave some really good suggestions for non-touristy and authentic places to eat which I found very useful. The rooms are very clean but I did find that the airflow through the air conditioner was pretty low and it was very hot in Rome when I was there in mid-September - possibly operator error on my part. Very very good location with a super market nearby and San Giovanni train station only a 10 minute walk away. If you're okay with walking a bit more the Colosseum is maybe around a 20 minute walk away. Breakfast was nothing too special but I also didn't come to Rome looking for the best hotel breakfast - it was just enough to carry you through to lunch or a proper meal later in the day which is exactly what I was expecting. Overall, very comfortable stay at Oasi Urbana 41 especially at this price point and I will likely come back next time I am in Rome!

La habitación es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Muy limpia, hacían la habitación todos los días, con cambio de toallas frecuente incluso sin demandárselo. La ubicación es aceptable, se puede ir andando sin problema al centro, pasan buses al lado y metro relativamente cerca. El barrio que hay detrás de la muralla Aureliana es muy agradable. Las camas eran pequeñas, de 80 cm, pero muy cómodos los colchones. Lo peor el desayuno, con diferencia, y el trato correcto pero frío por parte de los propietarios. Explico: el desayuno era abundante pero todo envuelto el plásticos e industrial, de mala calidad la bollería y poco local, está pensando para su forma de logística pero no para el cliente; los propietarios han atendido correctamente las preguntas y circunstancias derivadas de nuestro alojamientos pero nunca los vimos, no hubo contacto físico, se hace muy frío y tienes la sensación de lidiar con una IA más que con un ser humano. En casi una semana nunca preguntaron si estábamos bien y si requeríamos algo.

Ikke særlig god placering, virker som et godt slidt område og en god bid vej til centrum og seværdigheder samt spisesteder. Billederne på hotels er skaleret op mange gange, det er et meget lille sted. Alt foregår med koder og nøgler, ikke en reception med bemanding. Alt korspondance til stedet foregår over sms. Vi overnattede 3 nætter, men skulle nok have nøjes med 1, grundet den lange tur til centrum og seværdigheder hver dag. Morgenmad er en kurv på værelset, hvor brød er pakket i plastic, nutella i små engangsbæger, ost og mælk i køleskab. Det gjorde vi ikke brug af, til gengæld ligger der en lille kaffebar rundt om hjørnet, hvor man kunne nyde en god kop kaffe og en crossaint. Værelserne er meget lydt, kan høre naboen snakke eller være på toilettet.

The property was very clean, breakfast was good, nicely decorated room, walkable distance from St. Giovanni's underground, bus stops and the Coloseum. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about good spots to eat. The one thing that needed improvement for us was how noisy the room was at night. Italians love to honk their horn at any time of the day and the window of the Silvi room overlooks the main road. I'd highly recommend to bring some earplugs. Other than that, our stay was great.
