Great place to stay in. Location is great & close to the Metro. Antonio is a great host & gave us great suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay at Rhome 86. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a location close to the Metro.

1st of all big thank you to our host at Rhome86 Antonio for a lovely hassle free stay and sharing his knowledge & suggestions of places to visit and the best way to get to them. Situated within a 10 min walk from the main train station and very close to the Metro. We managed to walk to the Collosium in 10 mins from the Guest house. This Guest house consists of 3 separate private rooms with private shower etc. Very comfortable for our 4 night stay in Rome. Nice touch with the choice of fresh croissant every morning and we also enjoyed the coffee. Tip. Try the cafes, bars & restaurants around this area there are some lovely hidden gems and very reasonably priced due to not being The Tourist trap areas ( Aperol Spritz €3.50 compared to €10 in touristy areas)

Antonio was a great host - very attentive and accommodating. The rooms were simple but clean and functional. We appreciated the simple breakfast included in the cost. It was a great location. Close to metro station and 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Antonio also spoke good English.

We stayed 2 nights at this bed & breakfast. Very kind manager..nice well furnished room..very clean...breakfast with fresh croissants..what more to say..we will return..central location..near subway and termini station....

And it is not a small thing to say that it is a terrible structure, they kick customers in the face, they treat them badly, just simply because I complained about the bathroom door that was in bad condition and I had difficulty opening it the first time, the manager treated me like dirt in the face with many messages! He also contested a bottle of water worth 1.50 taken without leaving money, done involuntarily by a friend of mine who came to visit me, but I said that I would have made a bank transfer of 1.50 Euros. Unbelievable, terrible place and at such prices!!!

In this specific case we are forced to point out to readers that this review is clearly false, caused by a personal vendetta by the customer after his incorrect behavior was pointed out to him. 1) The customer paid for a reservation for a single guest, but then hosted other people in the room without having the honesty to declare their presence, provide identity documents and pay the difference in price. 2) he took drinks from the minibar without bothering to pay for them 3) he complains about the prices, but it is clearly not credible, given that if he chose to book with us it is evident that he did so after comparing the prices with other BnBs in the same area. It would be stupid to book where you think it is too expensive. This is obviously just another excuse to write a negative review. The customer was annoying from the first moment during the check-in phase. We are happy that he will not book with us again. The room was left in horrible conditions

First experience in Italy and we were delighted! We were particularly touched by the kindness of the owner who took great care of us from the moment we arrived, advising us and being available at any time: It's rare to meet such people these days. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast is impeccable, the croissants are delicious, really nothing to complain about! Thank you so much !
