I went there as a female solo traveler. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and good water pressure. The room is comfortable with air conditioning. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient, and it is a great location, with the Vatican only a 15-minute walk away. You can also walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. When you arrive at the REG San Pietro Station, go down the stairs towards the San Piero Cathedral, and it is a 5-minute walk to the hotel. (However, there is no elevator, probably due to construction.) I went up and down with a 25 kg suitcase. If you go down the stairs in the middle of the platform, you will come out at the central exit where the ticket machines are located, but from there it is a long way around and takes about 12 minutes to get to the hotel. Buses to the city center depart near the hotel and you are asked to buy a ticket at the front desk, but if you have a credit card you can just get on the bus without buying a ticket and just place your credit card against the red machine on the driver's side to complete the payment, which is convenient and fast. You can also pass through the metro by placing your credit card against the ticket gate. However, you have to buy a ticket every time you use the REG (train), which was a hassle. The location was great and the area had a good atmosphere even at night, so I felt safe even as a woman traveling alone and I'm glad I chose this hotel.
