really good stay

Service and Cleanliness: Excellent. Location: Average because it is 30 minutes away by public transport. Facilities: Very good in general and average in particular because the room we were assigned did not have a window that could be opened so that fresh air could come in from the street whenever you felt like it. It is a room located on the top floor of the attic and the window was a VELUX type located on a ceiling at a height that did not allow you to open it and what is worse without being able to draw the curtain, so at 6:00 am a annoying sunlight to continue sleeping.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and hygienic. The price is relatively cheap. There is a white line next to the hotel, free parking is available, the staff is very polite and nice.

Très belles chambres et propres , l’hôtel est bien situé, pas dans le centre mais avec beaucoup de bus aux alentours voir juste en face qui mène au centre ou à la gare. Plus le métro Bologna a 12 minutes à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le personnel est très gentil et réactif

奇差無比 首先，訂之前看了booking和攜程的評論，入住後震驚於居然很少人提到酒店隔音問題，簡直就是紙板房，全家人四天帶着耳罩耳塞都沒睡過一天安穩覺，第一個噪音來源於其他房間外國佬深夜蹦迪歡笑尖叫，磕了葯一樣興奮，第二個噪音來源於前台，生平第一次見到房間和前台這麼近的，雖然一個在一樓一個在零樓，但捱得真的很近，不可避免地被前台種種聲音一刻不停地吵到，第三個來源於晚上嗡嗡的蚊子，第四個來源於房間窗户直接對着露天酒吧，第五個來源於打掃衞生的員工，每天早上清晨就開始打掃，又是吸塵器，又是拖拉床和桌子，手腳又不是一般的重，房間隔音奇差，因此他們就是晚上不讓你睡，白天更不讓你睡。 第二，離所有景區，好吃有人氣的餐飲，機場都非常遠，市區正常點的四星酒店比這個la ville hotel 貴了個幾百人民幣，當時訂這家就想貪圖這點小便宜，住偏遠郊區便宜的酒店在其他一些歐洲城市確實行得通，但羅馬公共交通系統相當落後，從酒店去大多數景區與美食坐地鐵根本不到，坐公交確實可以到，但坐對方向，買到公交票，車上成功打票，複雜程度遠高於正常的城市，因此羅馬公交系統基本就是不想讓遊客坐的那種不友好，而且去所有地方基本都要轉幾趟車，旅行經驗不足的，腳力不足的，第一次來羅馬的，捨不得打車的，都千萬不要為了省這幾百塊錢。還是去住正常點的在市區裏的酒店吧，我覺得哪怕火車站後方的酒店也比這好。 第三，我嚴重懷疑酒店就是民房（別墅）改建的，所以每個間客房基本就是以前的每個房間，可想而知，自己家的各個房間之間能有啥好隔音，私隱性當然也差點意思，隔壁洗澡拉屎都聽得見。反正基本就是個民宿，而且民宿有的缺點它基本都有。個人非常反感這種民房改建成的酒店，而好多老外偏偏對這種類型情有獨鍾，我好多次都不幸訂到像這種類型的，它們普遍booking評分都超乎實際的高，所以不喜歡民宿的千萬莫要被booking上9.5分給騙了。 第四，設施很老舊，尤其那個空調操控板，又深又小的按鈕，每次要把指甲伸進去折斷了還按不到。 第五，早餐自助餐關門太早，而且十點準時關門趕人，別的酒店都是截止時間不能拿食物了，他家是直接不讓在裏面吃了

Very clean. Very welcoming. Good breakfast. Bright rooms good air con. Room switched immediately when air con faulty. Only slight negative was the noise through the interlocking door - could hear next door brushing teeth (strange but true) and their alarm.

The room was very clean and it smelled good. The room was what is promised in the pictures. The staff was friendly and nice. Some of our family didn't speak good english but they understood us well and were very understanding. The food was very good, we especially recommend the steaks. We will come again if we ever come to Rome again, thank you!

This hotel is perfect in ever way. Breakfast is great. Comes very fast the bacon and eggs and they’re perfectly cooked. Location is great - about 15 euros in a taxi to the main sights of Rome. The only thing I would say is specify when you book that you don’t want to stay in room 401. This is because it stinks! Our clothes still smell of the room now. We managed to move rooms 1 night and also others in our group were staying in another room. Both of these rooms didn’t smell. All the staff are great however I feel they failed ti comprehend the smell of the room. As soon as you open the door you wretch. They solved the smell for one day and it came back. This was the only disappointment in the whole stay and I hope genuinely it can be addressed as it’s the only thing that marred our stay.

Very elegant structure already in the external part as well as in the Hall. Classic Room, in our case the 103, truly very beautiful, clean, perfumed and elegant. The bathroom all in marble is truly splendid with an excellent courtesy line. The Breakfast room very nice furnished in a modern style. Very varied breakfast both sweet and savory. The structure is in a very beautiful area, in particular it is a few meters from Villa Torlonia, a splendid and well-kept place for wonderful walks. Well furnished hotel, comfortable mattress and good breakfast. The flaw of the attic room is the windows, despite the curtains, you wake up at dawn due to the light.
