This was my second time staying at the Cross hotel. The hotel is situated in a good location, right next door to the ruins of the old aqueducts, and is near the Colosseum in the old part of the town. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean both times I stayed there, and I was pleased with the daily change of towels! Breakfast was good also. I’ll definitely choose this hotel during my next stay in Rome!

Great hotel. Completely renovated in 2019. The staff at the reception are super friendly and happy to give tips. Very nice bathroom, cozy rooms and very comfortable pillows.

We stayed in Rome for 5 days. The staff is very welcoming, they speak Italian, English and a little French. Always attentive and do everything to ensure that the service is impeccable.
The rooms have air conditioning, double beds that can be pulled apart on request, and a shower cabin.
A terrace where you can relax in the evening, have a drink or eat. Breakfast is served in the restaurant.
The hotel is very well located, everything is nearby: restaurants, cafes and bus stops. The metro is also nearby.
We will be back next year!

The only downside to this hotel is the very bad sound proofing for the room with a connecting door. Don’t advice people traveling with family to choose this hotel because we hear clearly the “passionate activity” next door all night. It was a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, location is good and the overall cleanliness is good. Choose wisely!

If I could I would give them a 0 on the review, horrible customer service, and the people at the reception were very rude and bad attitude, we stayed there for 3 days and from day 1 I told them that the fridge was not working, I told that that I needed the fridge because we had bought some stuff that needed to be cool so that they would not go bad ,they said they would send someone, then the next day someone came from the “technicians” had a look told us “ oh no this is not good but it’s not my job tomorrow someone will come to fix it tell the manager” then tomorrow came I told them again they said “ oh no today is Saturday no one is working today” so we left and the fridge was not fixed, i even asked if they had a place I could leave it with them with no luck, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay there, it’s not even in a good location far from everything.
