I stayed at its sister hotel MASSIMO, which is opposite. They gave me and my mother a king-size bed room, which was divided into two single beds the next day. Excellent service.

Check-in is because the order received by the hotel is different from the one booked by Ctrip. I contacted Ctrip customer service and the solution was very quick. The hotel also upgraded the room type. Overall satisfied. The location is great. It's close to the train station, so there are many people. Breakfast is okay, but it can be a bit noisy if you're busy (no matter what, it's much quieter than at home, with the music turned on, at least there are no loud noises)

Great hotel to stay there for one or two nights. The location is both a plus and a minus: just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and within walking distance of many of Rome's attractions, about 17-20 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The breakfast at the hotel is ok. Separately, it is quite old and apparently aimed at older travelers, even the bathroom has a bell in case you fall in the shower. The furniture and ambience gives off an old-fashioned feel. It feels like you're visiting your grandmother. Overall, for me, this is even a plus.
