The room facilities and hygiene are OK, the style is more Italian, and it does look historical. Unfortunately, the hotel staff initially gave me a room that did not match the booked room type, but after checking and reporting, they gave me another room. Overall, it's not bad, the location is good, the security is good, and the breakfast is OK. Just for your reference.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful which sets the tone for the whole hotel. We had a delightful stay. The room was impeccably done out, in a style very in keeping with the hotel’s history and style, but subtly modern and comfortable. The location is ideal and feels smart without being stuffy. The public areas are just beautiful. Special mention to the concierge, the doormen, the spa staff and the cleaners, as well as the front of house manager. Oh, and the room service waiter who delivered breakfast every morning on the minute appointed! Hard to imagine what could be better, and incredibly reasonably priced given what it is and where it is, especially compared to some of its less culturally significant competitors (hehem, Hotel de Russie).

Absolutely superb in every respect, truly a leading Hotel of the World. Everything was faultless from the moment we entered the hotel. All of the staff, the breakfast, the harpsicordist at breakfast, the breathtaking building - all beyond amazing. Thank you Baglioni Rome.

Went for my wife’s 40th birthday. It surpassed expectations. Luxury and comfort in a great location. Friendly staff and impeccable rooms and service. Would highly recommend! The decor and harpist at breakfast is an experience you just won’t get elsewhere!

Well located, easy walk to Villa Borghese and Spanish Steps, Via Condotti and Via Del Corso. Great service, spacious rooms and good restaurant.

Stayed for couple weekend away, wanted to stay in one of best hotels in Rome - breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb, doorman was lovely too - apart from that it was pretty mediocre, travelling 50% of the year for work I see the full range of hotels and you are entirely paying for staying in Rome not for this hotel service or amenities - a 5 star hotel that doesn’t have tea/coffee facilities, clothes iron or a TV with working channels is very poor. Additionally bathroom maintenance standards were poor which is not what is expected.

Lovely hotel, some confuse the art deco renovation with an older room but in our junior suite everything was totally redone with new floors and closet and bathroom . Decor and set up was lovely with junior suite having two doors to a living area, so junior suite living room was separate. Lovey big terrace. Nice bottle of wine in room. Excellent service , especially from Francesca at the front desk (Marco very nice also but everyone was very nice). Doormen extremely pleasant. Like the location near the Spanish Steps and the Borgia park.
