We stayed at the Hotel Madison in Rome for a short stay, and overall, we would describe it as more of a convenience hotel than a tourist destination. It's perfect for travelers passing through, thanks to its excellent location right across from Termini Station, the main train and bus terminal in Rome. Room & Facilities The room appeared clean and recently renovated, but it was quite small. It had all the basics, including a functioning heater and a TV, and the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels provided. However, the hotel doesn’t give off a tourist-hotel vibe — it’s more of a practical choice for those who need quick access to transportation. The front desk service was professional and efficient. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the reception area looked modern and clean, which made a good first impression. Breakfast Experience One of the most positive aspects of our stay was the breakfast. The hotel has a chef preparing fresh food on the spot, with several assistants ensuring everything runs smoothly. There was a wide variety of hot dishes and plenty of food available, with everything served fresh and hot. We noticed that guests seemed very satisfied with their breakfast experience, and we felt the same. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Madison is a solid choice for a short stay or a transit stop in Rome. The location across from Termini Station is ideal for those who need easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. The rooms are simple and functional, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient stay, this hotel does the job. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the convenience and excellent breakfast!

Comfortable Short Stay We had a brief but pleasant stay at [Hotel Name]. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. It was a convenient stop before continuing our journey the next day.

Room facilities is social. Bed is too soft. Breakfast is good, lot of choices. Room is difficult to look for. it has almost 50 rooms in one level, the rooms number are not in order, very confusing. However the hotel location is good which only 2 minutes walk from Rome Termini

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The area might be a tiny bit dodgy at night... but you can still safely buy some pizza and supplies. It's well lit and busy... the hotel itself could not be better positioned for the train station entrance (10 meters)! Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were decent. I would definitely stay again if I had an early train or was arriving late one night into the station.

Value for money. Hotel is opposite Roma Termini, very convenient to travel . The fun part is going to our room, it is like a “ maze”

The location was so good that I gave up on the condition, but when we visited, it had been remodeled, so I think we stayed in a place with good value for money~

The hotel is old, with convenient transportation and noisy surroundings. It is suitable for business trips.

The location is 10/10. The facilities leave a little to be desired and the most striking thing is how poorly marked all the rooms are.

Pros Good location. There is a refrigerator (including 2 bottles of water). Breakfast is not bad. Cons No electric kettle, so you can't boil water. The facilities are old and the room condition is not good.

It takes 8-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the nearest subway station, and 20 minutes to the city center by subway. Hotels in Milan are quite expensive, so I considered this one considering the price and the hotel's reviews. The room is large, comfortable and clean. There is a supermarket downstairs, and there is another large supermarket 7 minutes before leaving, which is very convenient. Friendly front desk. Rich buffet breakfast.

The hotel is in a very good location, a few dozen meters from the train station, and very convenient to the main attractions in Rome. Although the hotel room is not too big, it has complete facilities and the quality of breakfast exceeds expectations.
