❗It's quite unbelievable. Please remember that this is a hotel, or more accurately, a family hotel.
Checking in and returning to the room from outside is quite complicated every time, because it is in a unit building, and the door of the unit downstairs needs to be opened by the staff. At this time, you have to call the staff, the language communication must be good, and the mobile phone must also ensure that it can make local calls.
The room is not very soundproof and is relatively old, but the balcony is pretty good and the location is also OK.

This is an awesome place. It's absolutely in the middle of all the places you want to see. Everything is just outside your door. It's such a good location.
Marco is the perfect host and doubles up to your personal tour guide!! He will get you in charge of yiur adventure!! He told us the buses to take, the locations to see, and the best Italian meals to have !! For our first time in Rome, this had been an amazing and memorable experience can't wait to come back. Thank you Marco and Rome🥰

Great experience! Host was super helpful. The room has beautiful view ether on cathedral or cosy and calm back yard. There were welcome sweets and host let me left my luggage after my check out. You can easily reach the place from termini by 64 bus.

Property doesn’t have any staff, so I check in by phone. Area is very easy to navigate and across the street from St. Peter’s. Room was sufficient but nothing special. Our room was next to the road but it had pretty good windows so the traffic noise was minimal

A great stay in Rome, Italy
Our room was across the street from the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. The manager Cassandra was very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and even booked us a taxi on departure. A great stay, Highly recommended.
