Such a lovely boutique hotel in Rome. We arrived late and the hotel arranged for us to have a private driver. The room was stunning! Absolutely gorgeous and a bathroom that was incredible. Air conditioning was strong (and much needed in Rome in July!) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The wifi was strong too. Best part was the staff - so accommodating and nice to deal with. All very personalized from the time I booked until the time I arrived. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay right beside the Piazza Navona! Communication with staff via email prior to arrival was brilliant, they were very helpful. We booked a Superior Double room and even though it's located on a busy street we could not hear any noise at night time. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The ONLY downside is there is not a 24-7 reception but that would not stop me from staying here again. I will definitely stay again!

What a lovely hidden gem. From booking our room, to being waved off in our taxi on the way to the airport, the staff at this hotel have been so helpful and friendly. The room was clean, bright and modern with a scenic view out to Piazza Navona. The location was perfect walking distance to all main sites and the staff were fantastic. Pino even stood and waited for our taxi with us and waved us off. We couldn’t recommend this place more and we hope to be back one day!

Fantastic location, lovely big room, high ceilings overlooking the street. Lara and Syvia made some great suggestions about what to do as we had just a day in Rome and we managed to see all the main attractions in the day and again at night!!

Superbly located, within the bustling heart of Rome. This quaint hotel has wonderful staff, eager to ensure that your every need is met. This is not a chain hotel, this is a true Roma hotel with real people that truly go out of their way for you. Whether it is a prefect cappuccino in the morning, or recommendations specific to your bucket list, they check every box. Every “must see” is less than 2klm, and walkable. While Rome can be pricey, they provide detailed lists of restaurants “tried and true” that focus on value, taste and experience. We will be back and they are definitely worth your consideration . We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel which was in easy walking distance to every attraction a tourist would want to see…the Vatican,Coliseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, The Pantheon, hundreds of wonderful restaurants and bars. But, the most special part of our experience was the special attention to our stay from Laura and Pina. The host’s responsiveness was off the charts and the hospitality was beyond excellent! The attention to guest comfort and security was overwhelming! The suite/rooms were beautiful, comfortable bed and wonderful shower! Very clean. We look forward to our return to Rome and our stay at Relais Rione Ponte! Thank you, Laura!! You made our Rome experience memorable!

The room is a great size - large and the bathroom is also a very good size. Location. Is superb and the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful- they gave us some restaurant suggestions and a map and pointed out some of the attractions. The only area that needs attention is the shower - the shower is huge but the shower head wasn’t great - water didn’t come out all the holes and the water pressure wasn’t great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
