Ctrip wrote about hotels, plus tax, about 1,500 yuan a night. It turned out not to be a hotel at all, but a poor B&B. 1,500 yuan can only be shared with other passengers in one of the rooms in the poor condition of the four-bedroom one-living room. I have communicated with Ctrip about this issue, but up to now, Ctrip still writes about the hotel with bad reviews, and I am very disappointed with Ctrip.

I don't know where to start in telling you about this borderline paradoxical situation. We booked this property for our weekend in Rome, with the possibility of checking in from 12.00 onwards. The day before, the lady notified us 1 hour before our arrival so she could be found at the facility. We let her know that we would be there by lunchtime and confirmed it again as we were leaving. But on the day of booking the lady told us to delay a bit because the rooms were not ready and so we went to have lunch and postponed the entry to 4.40pm. We arrive at the facility and they make us wait 20 minutes down at the building without opening the door. We go up and there are no keys and the rooms are completely turned upside down and very dirty. It is clear that the house had not been opened for more than a few months (the photos will give an idea). They tell us to go around and come back after 1 hour and so we come back at 7.40pm and the room is not ready yet and is still dirty. We start to argue and the lady tells us to give us our money back because she doesn't know what to do. All this at 8.30pm. A weekend ruined by people who don't know how to do their job. Nightmare!!’ Avoid this place.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este hotel, un precio muy asequible y cerca de todo en metro y al lado del Vaticano. La habitación estaba insonorizada y se podía descansar muy bien. Lo único que no me gusto fue que nos cobraran 50 e por llegar más tarde de las 8:30, a veces los vuelos no son predecibles.
