Nice location, nice room but……
The location is close to the Termini train station where you can connect directly to Fiumicino airport. Perfect. At the same time it is in comfortable walking distance from Trevi and the many nice restaurants that is around the Trevi Fountain.
Our room was directly to the main street and the windows are not noise cancelling in any way. So be prepared for a lot of noise 24/7. The house itself makes noises so you really must be a city person to deal with it.
The room was nice, bathroom very nice too and beds are comfortable. It is a little tricky to find the place and get in and out of the building but it provides some security in itself.
It is definately not the cheapest place to stay and you will be charged 28 € extra for cleaning. However there was no cleaning at all in the 4 days we stayed there. Towels got used a lot when we walked 8-15 km every day in the sun, and when we saw a cleaning person doing another room we asked for fresh towels which was denied in an unpleasent way.
Botton line : Good location, no service a lot of noise and a nice room. In total it seemed a little pricy…

Senza infamia e senza lode. Pulizia e comfort appena sufficienti. Posizione ECCELLENTE e servizio di accoglienza ECCELLENTE. Peccato perchè con piccolissime migliorie potrebbe diventare una stanza superlativa!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa stanza.. siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo mandato credo dai proprietari i quali invece non si sono mai fatti vivi. Nessun tipo di comunicazione. All'arrivo bisogna pagare 30 euro per il check-in se arrivate dopo le ore 21:00, e la tassa di soggiorno di 3,50 euro al giorno per ciascuna persona. Stanza minimal, materasso scomodissimo, lenzuola pessime. Avevamo una scrivania tutta segnata che al primo impatto sembrava sporca... Bagno in stanza nuovo, ma pulizia molto scarsa....... Posizione: 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro più vicina Nota super positiva: il bar sotto che si chiama Gastronomia d'angelo, ottimo sia per colazioni che pranzi !! Farmacia e mini supermarket a meno di 50 metri
