wie ein Römer…
Eine schöne Alternative zu Hotels. Man wohnt ideal gelegen in der Altstadt - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Entfernung zur Metro mit Koffer easy - man fühlt sich wie ein Bewohner. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter sowohl bei Ankunft und Abreise. FORZA ROMA!

Good and reasonable price for very central location. Lovely comfy bed, A/C in the room and nice , clean bathroom. The lovely host/owner Stefano made our stay very welcoming and was always available via text or in person to answer any queries or provide help. Only issue was the tv had no channels in English language, but we were hardly using the TV anyway. We would definitely stay again if/when we return to Rome.

Spend three nights basically Rome area attractions. This location was pretty centrally located with a lot of restaurant options.

I loved our suite at Frattina 57. The room was light and airy with plenty of space. It was cleaned beautifully everyday and the free mini bar was restocked every day for an after sightseeing relaxing drink. The room had a small terrace and a lovely big bed. The decor is quirky and I don't think you'll get a better space for this price right in the centre of Rome. It is lovely and quiet for the location too. The staff were incredibly helpful and there is a gorgeous cafe just down the street for a perfect breakfast. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Rome. Yes it has an old lift but it is in an old building, part of the charm of Italy!

The room was more than adequate in size. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The tub and shower were good, though it was a little tricky for us older folks to get in and out of the tub. The owners were helpful and cordial. We sometimes wished we had a front-desk person for sightseeing advice, but we managed our stay in Rome quite nicely without. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

I really liked staying here, amazing location, owners very helpful, my bed to very comfortable. I had my first introduction to Italian lifts ……so very small and old, but once I got the hang of how it works, it was fine. My only issues were - its too dark once you get off the lift, and I had problems with the keys- to the point I stayed in on my last evening and didn’t go out for dinner, as I was sooo unsure that I would be able to get back in, oh and the hot water was hit or miss.
