Stayed 2 nights
The location is good. (next to train station)
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The room size is accommodating.
They changed towel on daily basis.
The AC / heater is not working. only minus point.

location is good, 5 minutes walling to Roma Termini, simple breakfast. But room cleanliness is not good, blanket is old, there's bug's bit on my daughter's face at midnight on 2nd night and 3rd night, i think it's from pillow, anyway I will not stay there again.

#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Towels, Cleanliness of Toilet; #negative #I was disappointed with the Room Service, Bathroom; There is very little water in the shower, and the bubbles are not easy to wash off. It costs 5 euros to store luggage at the front desk. The location is next to the train station, just across the road.

The hotel is just to the right of Rome Central Railway Station. It's very close to the hotel. If you have luggage, it's more convenient to come here. The hotel's security measures are very good.
