We stayed at the Raeli Hotel Florida last week. Rooms are basic but was perfect for us as we spent most of the day out in Rome. The bed was very comfortable. Great location, 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. Bars and restaurants near by. Staff were all friendly.

A good hotel for its price category, convenient location - about 10 minutes walk from Termini station, 25-30 minutes walk to the center. There is a bus stop nearby. Breakfast is good. There is a luggage storage room. I arrived early in the morning, and check-in was from 14:00. I just arrived at the hotel at 8, left my luggage and went for a walk. I returned only late in the evening and checked into my room. The single room itself is small, but clean, the bathroom is clean, almost new, everything worked perfectly, there are enough towels. Price quality matches.

The room was awful, the air conditioner was broken, and the room only had a very small window facing the corridor. It was hot as a steamer in summer. The bathroom was the worst, there was no dry and wet separation, and there was not even a shower curtain. When taking a shower, the floor was full of water and it was easy to slip. The hair dryer was an antique from an unknown era, the wind was very weak, and the water pressure was unstable, often hot and cold, and even out of water. It was so annoying. The hotel was excellent, the people at the reception very helpful and very nice, the breakfast very nice and the room quite comfortable and nice! We will definitely prefer it again.
