The place is clean, interesting, loacted at the very top of the building (no worries, there is a fancy elevator too). Staff is 24/7 and amazing, always ready to serve, empathetic and willing to help ad be friendly. Rooms are spacious and always clean and the location is at a good walking distance from the major city sight seeing as well. It is in a state district where all the buildings belong to state organs (such as mnistry of defence, presidetial residence, etc.), so the neighbourhood is clean and quiet at night. In a couple minute walk, you can get to a restaurant, supermarket, bar, bus or metro. I totally recommend!

Decent hotel for everyone within budget and nice location.

Close to the metro station and Termini station, the hotel is located in a historic building.

We stayed in a superior room, the room is spacious, beautiful with a mirrored ceiling, the renovation is fresh and modern. We did not take breakfast, as there were no egg dishes. The location is excellent and safe, close to all the attractions. Nearby is the Miami bar with live music, good food and delicious wine and cocktails.

Not great, but acceptable, at least the location is convenient. There aren't many options for this price in Rome.

Convenient location to the metro. Nice staff. The linen was dirty, but they quickly changed it. In principle, a very good option for a couple of days.

Top 2 night stay, I came here because I had to leave the 3 star B&B I had booked because it was in terrible condition. They welcomed me exquisitely, everyone was very kind and super helpful, the room was very beautiful and elegant, everything was very clean, they came into the room every day to make the bed, change the towel, the bags in the baskets etc... complete with everything, hairdryer, samples of soap, TV The only ""defect"" was perhaps the shower head which had too strong a jet and the toilet drain which did not drain well Excellent location, very close to the republic but above all a very quiet neighbourhood/area, I explored all of Rome on foot For the rest, an excellent stay, I absolutely recommend it and when I come to Rome again it will definitely be a hotel that I will consider 👍

The location is great for walking, and the staff are very friendly. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old and worn out... or so?
