ホテルのあるフロアは改装されキレイですが、 古いビルの２階～をホテルにしているので外に看板は出ているけれど初めて泊るのであれば夜訪れたら少しわかりにくい。 私の泊った部屋は日本のビジネスホテル以上にとても狭く、 バスルームもとても狭く、 熱いお湯が良く出るが シャワーが固定式で日本人には使いにくい。 アメニティは固形石鹸とシャンプー兼ボディーソープのみでコップが無くて不便。 （持参した紙コップを使った）事前情報でポットも無いので湯沸かしを持参した。 スリッパ・歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ等も無い。 防音機能が無いのが隣の部屋の人の咳やアラーム・携帯の音も聞こえる。 チェックアウトは10：30と早い。 カード式ではない鍵がたくさんあり（玄関の鍵、フロアーの鍵、部屋の鍵、セーフティーボックスの鍵）わかりにくく面倒。だがある意味安全で良い？ 暖房が効かずとても寒かった。 ホテルの評価が高いのはきっと高い部屋は良いのでしょう。 良い点は 受付のお兄さんが感じが良い。WIFIが強い。 冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーター2本とチョコレート3粒が無料。

Property was ok and desk person very attentive however we couldn’t stay because this hotel did not work with Expidia for the last year as we were told and Expidia was adverting it
It was very disappointing to arrived to Rome and did not have a place to go

Il punto di forza di questo piccolo hotel è sicuramente la posizione centralissima a circa 300 mt dalla stazione Termini e l'ubicazione al primo piano di un palazzo, seppur con un ascensore molto scomodo dove entrano a malapena 2 persone. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e ci ha omaggiato persino di due bottigliette d'acqua, l e camere sono curate (anche se nel tetto ho intravisto qualche ragnatela) ma la cosa negativissima è la mancanza in bagno del bidet e nella doccia si trova soltanto il sifone in alto, senza doccetta. Essendo in Italia e non in nord Europa, mi aspetto di trovare il bidet o quantomeno la doccetta!!! Se sfortunatamente non si è dotati di cuffia per i capelli, bisogna lavarsi integralmente ogni volta. Inconcepibile!

Very slow service and check in, refused to give multiple room keys to room of 4. Double booked so the rooms were changed from double to 4 man, cleanliness, hairs in the bidé. Overall terrible experience would not stay again!!! Waited for about 10 minutes to even get in after ringing buzzer.

Ottimo. La pulizia impeccabile, rifornimento gratuito di acqua ogni mattina (gratis), quando sono arrivato mi hanno fatto trovare 3 cioccolatini di benvenuto. Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Avevo prenotato una singola, mi hanno dato una matrimoniale nuova e moderna. A due passi dalla stazione molto comodo. Aria condizionata perfetta, televisione con tutte le comodità (Smart tv) Perfetto!!!!!! Lo consiglio.

The Room is very clean, the Pillows are orthopedic. The Air conditioner works fantastic! The Stuff is great. Just needed to sleep two nights before going to a Project, I recommend this Hotel greatly!!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo albergo vicinissimo alla Stazione di Roma Termini. Praticamente accanto. Il palazzo è vecchio, l’ascensore e’ piccolissimo, ma la stanza era in parte rinnovata, pulita e silenziosa. Il personale era cordiale e ci ha anche aiutato nel trasporto bagagli in camera. Rapporto qualità/prezzo equilibrato. Cosa non ci è piaciuto? Gli asciugamani erano in numero inferiore rispetto ai tre ospiti che eravamo. La doccia era strettissima e la manopola si staccava facilmente. I materassi erano troppo rigidi e l’aria condizionata risultava poco efficiente. Insomma, da migliorare.

Practical, super friendly, next to Termini, many little bars and a convenience store downstairs, they have a shower outside the rooms in case the painful idea of coming in summer occurs to you. The room we had was large and comfortable. The elevator is tiny but it works.
