Good location and very convenient but it’s look like a airbnb than a hotel as the reception is in other building

Very nice room, clean and tidy, not noisy at all. Very close to the train station. Unfortunately there is no parking lot. But it is very good compared to the environment.

Be careful with the difference between suits and hotel. Suits are right next door to the hotel. And I believe the hotel will be better.

Super clean and comfortable. The location is great. It can be reached within 5 minutes from the train station. The road is flat and it is easy to carry suitcases. It also comes with a free welcome drink. You can have a drink at the 8th floor restaurant on the top floor of the check-in counter No. 48 while watching the night view. However, the elevator on the first floor where I checked in was broken, so I could only take it from the second floor. Fortunately, I lived on the second floor.

The only good thing is the location is very close to the train station. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed three nights. The location is in another building. The door is very difficult to open and close. The shower head leaks during use. Rain showers make it rain when you take a shower. The toilet flushing tank is broken. There is no water in the toilet to wash poop. The wi-fi is fast and the bed and bedding are comfortable. The room was very dark without enough light. There is plenty of light in the toilet, and two drinks are provided during happy hour.

This hotel has a very good location. It is near the train station and very close to the Colosseum. It only takes two subway stops and it is also very convenient to go to other tourist attractions. It takes about 10-20 minutes to get there by bus. The hotel has 2 locations, and some rooms will be assigned to another building. I was assigned to another building outside the lobby, and someone would help us move our luggage there. Although the elevators in that building are a bit retro, the room decoration and cleanliness are very good. It is the most satisfactory hotel among the five hotels I stayed in Italy. I will choose this hotel next time I visit with my family!

Worst hotel in my life 1. When they told me about the annex, they said the main building only had a reception and the hotel was located here, so I guessed it was because of that. After reading other people's reviews, I saw that it was possible to stay in the main building as well. 2. Turn off water and electricity. I don’t go around with the flashlight on. 3. Air conditioner coming out of heater (rainy winter): I called and asked to check and they said they would send someone, but they didn't come for over an hour. When I called again, they refused to answer about 10 times. They answered the phone later and said they would send someone again. I don't know because he's not the one who heals me. Should I give him more blankets? Did you break it? This is why I said I needed a heater and said they were busy so I went and said they would call someone back, but no one came. 4. No water 5. When checking out, they said it would be 15 euros, but they took 30 euros. 6. When I checked out, someone asked me why I didn’t show up. Yes, I didn’t show up? No one apologizes and says no one can fix us. I saw 4 staff members during my stay and they were all unfriendly.

It's 5 minutes away from the train station. The location is convenient. There are buses, a supermarket and a cigarette shop that sells bus tickets downstairs. The room is not big, and the bed is right after opening the door, but it is relatively clean overall. In addition, breakfast was thrown away for us. After communicating with each other, we ended up alone. Pay to the hotel and Ctrip will refund.

We stayed for two consecutive days. On the first day, someone cleaned the room, but not on the second day. I went to the front desk to ask them to clean the room. It felt terrible! The room was renovated from an apartment. There were three rooms in a small door. The knocking and noise at night were very clear. It is across two streets from the central station, which is relatively close and convenient for taking a bus. There is a roof bar on the top floor of the hotel with a good view. You can have a welcome drink there, which is very good.
