Response from Property: Dear Mr. Matteo, What you wrote is a real disappointment in comparison on how things were, given your critical habit from the other reviews you wrote, your desire to necessarily have a critique emerges even in the best possible situation, without taking into account all the work that lies behind all the good reviews that a structure has, I wish you in the future if you happen to do such a job to always have reviewers like her, then she will understand everything, certainly constructive criticism is always welcome, but in our situation it is everything else and honestly it seems more like a bad thing. 1- Dirty kitchen- explain how can everything be in order when you arrived before the check-in time as soon as we finished breakfast?!- I'm sorry it wasn't possible for me to be a robot to finish everything for her 12 a.m. arrival- the kitchen is always clean except for the times when we have to clean, she arrived at the cleaning time we made you leave your luggage and gave her to return at 2.30 when everything was ready. 2. Water in the bathroom - on the phone when you called me I asked you if I'd come to see right away that evening if it was serious, you said no, you could have said yes, I'd come right away - it was the sink seal that broke during your stay, it can happen, you could have said it from the first day if you saw this problem and it was all fixed right away, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused .3. Breakfast - my apologies for having forgotten to bring products for lactose intolerance on the first day, on the second day we had everything ready, I also had products for intolerances at the bar, you refused, the croissants are fresh we always buy them in the morning we do not have frozen stuff as you wrote, then breakfast is simple continental, and if a person has specific tastes or desires, it is absolutely no problem to prepare everything. I'm sorry I didn't live up to your expectations even though I booked one of the best rooms, got an early check-in, free luggage storage, and it's possible that you have more sophisticated tastes that certainly require much more expensive accommodations than ours. As for the professionalism of our staff, it seems to me more than certain that they are the only ones to complain about this aspect, we always put all our availability and commitment into satisfying our guests, an aspect that also emerges from other reviews. Response from Property: Merci d'avoir été nos invités, nous sommes très déçus que vous n'ayez rien dit pendant votre séjour concernant les aspects que vous considériez comme négatifs - j'avais immédiatement tout préparé comme vous l'avez aimé - mais je n'ai rien su car lorsque je vous ai demandé si tout allait bien, vous nous avez dit oui, pour toujours s'il y a quelque chose qui ne va pas ou que vous n'aimez pas, dites-le toujours directement quand le moment est venu, merci pour les suggestions, nous améliorerons les aspects spécifiés.
