Great small hotel near the Colesseum , great are for walking , rooms are well appointed with updated amenities , staff very friendly and knowledgeable, great recommendations , nice outdoor patio , breakfast included and prepared by a fantastic baker and chef , can’t say enough about the hospitality . Near train and easy cab access

I can’t recommend this small hotel highly enough. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. An easy walk to the Coliseum and the Trevi fountain. The breakfasts were amazing and the breakfast/bar area was so charming with a beautiful outdoor space. The hotel was quiet so don’t expect a lively atmosphere. It also doesn’t have any kind of lobby that you can gather in. There aren’t any food options outside of breakfast, but there is a grocery store right next door to pick up snacks.

Wonderful little hotel in the Monti neighborhood of Rome. Our room was great and the service terrific. The breakfast is outstanding and everything home made right there. The desk was very helpful in making dinner reservations and arranging transportation. It just had a very relaxing vibe amid all the chaos that is Rome. We would/will stay there again.

Everything was perfect!! We stayed here on our final day in Italy and we couldn't be happier this was the last memory of our trip. We got lucky and got an upgrade, our room was amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and with many options, I love everything is homemade. It really felt like coming home after a day out in the heat and crowded city. Thank you for everything and see you next time we are in Rome!!

Best cost benefit to stay in Rome. Reasonable price meets excellent facilities and good services. Cozy atmosphere. Front desk all very kind. Rebecca responsible for breakfast is amazing and super friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job very much and her happiness is contagious. All home made by her and prepared under the best care and great vibes. Certainly intend to return next time in Rome!

Room #4 was NOT good. For $500/night, the room should be clean and should not smell. We complained while there hoping they would make things better but nothing was fixed and there was no attempt on their part. Really awful stay, except for the only good thing which was the breakfast. NOT worth the price, and you can do far better at so many other places. This was a VERY disappointing experience!

We had a lovely stay at the fifteen keys hotel. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel, in a good location. It’s 15 minutes from the trevi fountain, colosseum and about 25 to the Spanish steps. Breakfast was fabulous, the room was lovely and big, very comfortable linen. Loved the inclusion of a hair straightener. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

My husband and I could not have loved our stay here back in June more! We were just discussing it again and I remembered I needed to leave a review. The most gracious staff, very chic lobby and rooms, a quaint courtyard, delicious homecooked breakfast, PERFECT and quiet location still close walking distance to everywhere where we wanted to walk around in the heart of Rome. It was everything we needed and more for our first arrival day in Italy. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something boutique and personal, with food and hospitality you'll keep raving about months later!

Rome has no shortage of great hotels, but The Fifteen Keys stands out. The superlatives of this boutique property are numerous. It boasts a warm and welcoming staff, super clean rooms, supportive mattresses with crisp linens, and a first-rate breakfast. The breakfast offers a variety of freshly prepared baked goods, delicious smoothies, eggs, and virtually everything else you could ask for. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Well done!
