Firstly, this is not a hotel but an AirBnB, therefore you do not get the normal hotel services such as a reception desk, breakfast, bag storage, etc. So, be aware. I entered the room with a code and it worked fine with the instructions they sent. An internet connection is useful in case of problems in finding the place and getting in the room although i did not have any problems.
Otherwise, this is a cost effective solution in Rome and value for money.
Although the place is very close to Termini train station, the streets are well lit and you feel safe. There are also some lively Latin American cafes around as well as Pizzerias which lightens up the area.
The room is very clean and tastefully and functionally designed.
The owners are helpful with their advice.
The only thing I can criticise about the room is that its windows do not have any view. It was OK since I had to work.
I recommend the place for a stay in central London near La Sapienza and CNR.

Stanza molto accogliente e confortevole, moderna e molto pulita. Posizione ottima (vicino alla stazione ma tranquillo) e proprietario gentilissimo. Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte per poi proseguire il nostro viaggio dalla stazione e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Non fatevi scoraggiare dal quarto piano, c'è l'ascensore!
